Without the help that I was given I would not be able to have my software installed. I am so grateful for the service they supplied and are in ore of just how smart and knowledgeable they were. Can only recommend them in the highest order. Paul, Nelson.

Some initial difficulty encountered when installing a new Microsoft product purchased. The Licence NZ customer service team were quick to respond and provide the help needed.

The support I received from Melissa was exceptional. Had some difficulties with the programme version and install, Melissa stepped right though and supported from start to finish making the process easy.

This is a company that doesn't just sell software, but supports what it sells. I was impressed with the level of support I got to sort out a difficult software installation. Thanks to all the team at License.

Melissa was great. Took 2 seconds to sort out Outlook for me.

My download was problematic, well assisted by Daniel, and then Jessica bought in the heavy guns to get the job completed

Had some trouble with set up, but Jessica came to my aid with team viewer and all was well. Great job and I am very happy with the result.

Bought a Windows 10 upgrade to Pro. Have some issues with the standard procedure but Mia provided the correct procedure and all proceeded as expected. Very rapid response.

I purchased the office 365 at license.co.nz for the first time. I struggled to install and activate a bit but I received a proper support very quickly.

I have used other digital download services in the past and found their process and registration to be quite convoluted and in one case questionable.

However I found the License.co process to be very smooth and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. I will certainly use their services again if I have the need.

Activation a breeze with supplied Product Key.

Kristy was a superstar. It only took a few minutes to help me sort my issue when my license seem to be not working.

After a sticky start the issue was resolved by purchasing the whole of office rather than just Outlook as it overwrites any MS Office installed. Customer service very helpful throughout.

Excellent backup service from Tony Bates in the service department. Helped sort out an activation issue on Office 2019 and got me up and running. Highly recommend .
