We had a little compatibility issue with our version of Office 2019 (VLSC) and the version of Project 2019 that we wanted to install on one of our client's PC. Daniel really gave us a great service, and I've never seen a service that fast! They answered about 30 seconds after we've sent our message on the live chat. I made a mistake and purchased publisher 2016 but was supposed to purchase MS Office 2016. Daniel Parker walked me through the error and reversed everything with me and helped me repurchase what I needed. It took us a few hours to fix it and he never left me once. Outlook 2019 purchased (11h17), downloaded (12h14) and successfully installed (14h15) following reception of instructions by email (14h08), all within 3 hours. And this installation automatically found and converted all my Outlook 2007 pst files. Cannot be simpler!

I bought Office Home/Student two weeks ago and spent a lot of time chatting with microsoft people and other people and the final word was i couldnt use office 13 with Windows 10 - Then Daniel Parker from Toronto came along and had office loaded on my new pc and working in 18 min. - Microsoft truly needs more people like Daniel Parker if and again i say if they want to keep going forward.

Daniel Parker helped me today. I received a message from microsoft telling me that my license was going to be expired in two days. After few minutes discussing with Daniel, I realized that wasn't their license. Indeed, I have a double license... I couldn't get of rid of the wrong license. Daniel offered his skills by taking control of my computer. Few minutes later problem solved. Really helpful even if it wasn't their product. Highly recommanded!

The company had failed to provide a product within a reasonable timeline therefore I requested a refund (I needed the product as our server had crashed). I have been waiting for well over a month and the company has stopped responding to my emails. Very poor customer service.

Today I just bought Microsoft Home and Student 2010 from Licensekey24. This was an amazing experience with their team: Ashley and technician team who helped me out so much with my products from advising product information to assisting with technical difficulties. Their website offers a 14 day cancellation policy. No explanation required. There are no conditions attached to their website cancellation policy. I completed their Revocation Form although I have had some email communication, their last response was we can not refund your money. I have asked them to honor their warranty. Based on all the comments below, I am not very hopeful. Should you use them? Read all the comments then you can decide.

It about a month since I posted the original comments and as I expected, I have received no response and they have not yet honoured their online warranty.
