Had some issues on activation after my early office program expired. Called the service center and received immediate assistance. The technical stuff Haylie was very helpful with clear and patient instruction. Very impressive!

I bought a license key for Office 2019 Pro Plus. When I went to install it the installation programs said that the license key was for Office Home and Student, a lesser product. So I did not complete the activation. I contacted them on four consecutive days without response. A week later I got three identical emails from them describing how to get the license key but didn't address the problem. Since then crickets. I am now in the process of getting ScotiaBank Visa to return the $144. But that's another problem.

After writing this review LicenseKey24 contacted me. A month later after nearly daily emails they sent me another key. This one was for Office 2019 Professional Plus but at the end of the activation process it said that it was a Invalid Key.

They now want me to install TeamViewer, a remote access program, to my computer. That will not happen.

ScotiaBank came though and returned my $144

I thought this was a scam when I tried to download the software using the first download links they sent me. Those links told me to contact support. For some reason I got multiple emails with the same links. The first one I clicked said contact support. But when I clicked the link in the next email that one sent me to a non-existent page. I suspect the problem is in the payment gateway. It sends you the link then assumes you got your software when you click on the link. So I cancelled my order! But they sent me an email saying I could not cancel because I already got the software. (Which is why I suspect the problem is in the payment gateway/link delivery setup.) HOWEVER, Tony Bates contacted me from support and admitted they were having trouble with the particular software I had ordered. He quickly solved my problem by giving me an AUTOMATIC UPGRADE to a newer version of the software with NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. So...not a scam.

I was having difficulty downloading and installing Excel. Staff worked with me with extreme patience and professionalism. In the end I was contacted by Tony Bates who was able to get me installed and on my way. Tony was very friendly and knowledgeable and very patient with me. Thanks to him I am on my path to recording and understanding where my money is spent. Thanks, Tony

I was experiencing many difficulties during my whole installation process, however after installing TeamViewer and with some wonderful support work from tony bates, my windows was fully installed within 30mins

At this point, I am just ANGRY with myself for even giving the time of day to this service. What an absolute SH******T-SHOW.

I accidentally purchased the Windows version for Microsoft Office 2016...needed Mac version...which seems to be happening to a few of us. So, I don't know if the Windows Version I received would have even worked...no telling.

I spoke to an unresponsive "CASSIE" regarding an exchange to get the Mac version for 2016 Microsoft Office.

After waiting over an hour in the chat (literally), I was finally sent this sketchy "DECLARATION" email I needed to sign and send back (imagine my surprise when I received a pathetic email that was crafted by a 1-year old who had sat on a keyboard with a full diaper on). I waited an hour for that. I was told several times to informally "hold on." Scam or not.... WOOOOOF!

I don't expect my money back, or an exchange at this point...I've considered it a lost cause (also, a lot of these reviews seem FAKE as hell...trust the negative ones).

I purchased an Excel program that constantly de-activated itself. Adain took remote control of my computer and fixed the problem that has been plaguing me since I purchased. he was efficient, professional, very respectful he did an excellent job in resolving my problem. I purchased an Office 2019 Pro key in Nov 2020. Was unable to activate...error said the key was in use. Emailed support and received another key. Got the same error. Asked for a refund...silence.

Cassie was professional and helpful. had an issue with the installation and she was on the ball and got it figured out. I really appreciate the help and effort she put into fixing the problem on my end.

I am patiently struggling with a piece of software I recently purchased. I ordered and downloaded Visio 2010 Pro. I require the 32 bit version, which they advertise as an option. I was supplied with the 64 bit version; contacted the help desk and over 4 days of being resent a similar 64 bit file and finally requesting a refund, they have gone silent. I am not trying to hurt anyone, but it did not work out for me. I went to SoftwareKeep and re-purchased the same program (for less $) and was able to have it up and running in less that 20 mins. Still waiting to hear from Licensekey24 and I understand sometimes go wrong, but it is how you deal with issues which you should be measured on. So far, not good.

Poor customer service
I purchased a licence for Windows, I needed the Mac version , but the web site did not explicitly say this was for Windows only.
When I downloaded it, I found that it was for Windows and I could not use.
I contacted customer service and they said they would give me a credit for my purchase which I could use towards another product. They sent me a declaration which I needed to sign, saying that I had not activated the Windows key.
After returning the declaration to them I have not heard back from them, even though I emailed them a few times.

Daniel was such a knowledgeable and professional person. He resolved a very complicated problem for my Excel 2019 installation. I would like to recommend his full support - his persistence, extra patience and amazing problem solving skills. Perfect experience!!!

Hey there I purchased a product from you on Oct 16th 2020 I.D#20900 and the product isn't working I spoke with an agent on th 16th and she asked me to give her access to my computer, I did gave the permission and she tried to help but the product didn't download..I am a student and in dire need of this product is there a place i can call to get assistance please?
