This is a con!!

This is a con!!! They take your money then disappear after a short period. They used to be called softwareshore. I signed up and it works for a few weeks and then the website disappeared. I commented on Facebook and Instagram feeds and they just blocked me. Don’t waste your money these people are scum

I was sceptical of the offer but once…

I was sceptical of the offer but once committed I had difficulty on the initial set up. I emailed the help desk and received a reply within 10 minutes that resolved the issue which was a mistake on my part. Then it was easy and works fine.

Great Value and Reliable Performance

I purchased the Adobe all apps license from this website and it works perfectly! Although I was initially skeptical, once all the applications opened without any issues, I was genuinely impressed. I’m very satisfied with the product and would recommend to anyone!

Bought creative cloud all apps (1 year)…

Bought creative cloud all apps (1 year) license. Had it since July. As the other user, there is clearly a problem with their license associations as I've had to change the administration account several times recently to keep it working. It has stopped yesterday i believe and I've not got a new license association.

UPDATE: Have received a refund after disputing the claim on paypal as they advised. Happy with the refund but not happy that this wasn't communicated for two weeks.

Adobe License Fails

Have had Adobe all apps 12 months license since July. There is clearly a problem with their Adobe software as I've had to change the administration account several times recently to keep it working. Today it has stopped and I've heard nothing from License Lodge about how this issue will be resolved.
UPDATE: Despite their response below, I've NOT heard anything and I've NOT had a refund. I will update this review if they actually do what they claim to have done. In the meantime, I get the impression they're just trying to minimise the impact of their Adobe License failure.

Total scam, don't do it!!

On Sept 16, I tried to purchase an Adobe license for $132.99. After a few hours as "pending" the order was cancelled by them and I was informed that my money would be returned to me. I was fine with that, as long as I got my money back.

The very next day, they pushed through ANOTHER charge for $132.99 on my same credit card. The amount was the same. The vendor was the same as the previous charge.

I reached out to support and I was told that "they have no mandate on my card issuer allowing charges, and that the new charge was not them"

I had to cancel my card to remove the second charge through. I NEVER received the refund for the initial charge of $132.99.

TOTAL SCAM!!

Paid, no license delivered, no replies

Ordered "Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps – 1 Year" on 11 Sept 2025. Site indicated delivery within ~10 minutes. As of today, no license has been delivered and the order remains "processing." I reached out via the contact form and email but haven't received a reply. I'll update this review if the company responds and fulfils the order.

Dodgy - Avoid!

Not legit at all. Avoid!
License Lodge use a dodgy loophole to sell educational licenses under the guise of full professional Creative Cloud memberships. Instead of your own profile, they assign you as a member of an educational establishment somewhere.

Scam - you're only a sub-user - copyright issues?

Bought Adobe Suite License for a year. Once delivered, it wasn't an account/license I owned, but rather I was a 'user' under an organisation which prohibited me from making custom changes and also flagged up copyright queries. When I inquired why it was set up that way, hoping for an explanation of some sort, I was fully refunded within minutes and my license was cancelled with no reply email from them at all. I immediately emailed to ask why they cancelled my license and refunded me, and days later, still no response.

I suppose they buy up big corporate tranches of licenses and sub-license out to unsuspecting people like me. Great business model... LOL. Maybe you don't mind, but I'd be checking who owns the copyright to the creations you make in any Adobe app, if you're only a 'sub' of the organisation....!
