The service was very good! I am not skilled on-line so it took me awhile, to make sure I was doing it correctly. I am pleased to have the guide to study. I was promised a receipt for the act of signing up for an appointment but I didn't receive one-on line as promised. Instead I received an ambiguous text with numbers for YoGov, and I would like some paper proof that I applied on my expiration date, within the guidelines and made arrangements for an appointment, and, am on track. When do I get my Temporary license Papers? I am anxious because I expired on the day I applied and made an appointment. Please advise.Thank you, Karen Neubert

I can’t believe I had to pay to download a study guide also there was an error the study guide said a child under the age of 8 needs a car seat but the test said it’s below the age of 5

Seemed like a concise helpful tool. It is NOT. Went to the motor vehicle department, took the test and realized all of the questions had radically different subjects than what was in the guide. I'm no stranger to tests--I have two undergraduate degrees and a Master's--but this guide has actually given me a nasty taste in my mouth for potentially using this guide for future tests and the ability to prepare relevantly.

Did not find the product worth the charge. The term study guide was very misleading and no hyper link to the NYS manual. Would not recommend to anyone.
