I have purchased license for Microsoft Office from these guys and 12 hours after still waiting for my activation key. They don’t reply to emails, WhatsApp or phone calls. !!!Scam!!!

2-ish years ago, I bought a license for Window 11 from these folks. I paid for it and had to contact them of WhatsApp to get it. I finally received it and activated it on my laptop, and 2 years after, it stopped working. I contacted them again, they said they would send another activation key and that's when I last heard from them. It is a con, a fine looking website designed to steal your money, looking legit with all that information in the footer, don't fall for it.

I purchased on August 11, 2025, a license for Office 2021 with phone activation. I paid by card for order #LO16708, and 48 hours have passed. I followed the steps according to the instructions received immediately by email, but nothing. I sent dozens of messages to the WhatsApp number +40 (750) 412 840 — totally ignored. I sent dozens of messages via the website chat — totally ignored. I repeated the phone registration step by step — still nothing. I request the activation code or a refund of my payment. Amusingly, just a few hours after paying for the license, I received an email explaining that, for a 10% discount on my next purchase, I should leave them a review. I am waiting to be contacted.
Am achizitionat pe 11 august 2025 o licenta pentru Office 2021 cu activare telefonica. Am achitat cu cardul comanda #LO16708 si au trecut 48 de ore. Am urmat pasii conform instructiunilor primite imediat prin email dar nimic. Am trimis zeci de mesaje la nr de whatsapp +40 (750) 412 840, ignore total, am trimis zeci de mesaje pe chat ul de pe site...ignore total. Am repetat pas cu pas inregistrarea telefonica, tot nimic. Doresc codul de activare sau banii virati inapoi. Amuzant este faptul ca dupa cateva ore de la plata licentei, am primit un email prin care mi se explica ca pentru un discount de 10% la urmatoarea achizitie, trebuie sa le dau o recenzie. Astept sa fiu contactat.

I ordered a Windows 11 Pro key from them today and received it via e-mail. Once I tried it, I received an error saying that the key was already used.
I panicked and I searched for this website here on Trustpilot. I panicked even more after I saw so many negative reviews.
But after reaching out to their support, I received a reply from them in 15 minutes with a new key that worked without issues.

Overall, I think it was a good experience.

I can't activate Office 2019 with the Office 2016 license I received from them. They don't answer email, phone, whatsapp. Lost money.

I believe it is a scam too. They send me only the receipt. I will report them to ANPC

BEWARE!!!! This company is a scam, do not get fooled by the low price of their product. They charge your credit card, they send a fake receipt from a shady domain, but they do not send you the license. Also, it is impossible to reach them via whatsapp and they do not answer e-mails. Pay the higher price from a legit vendor, do not waste your time and money on these charlatans.

The site is not a scam, but it feels like because of customer support.

They respond with delays of 10 days to emails or not respond.

SCAM. I bought a license for Microsoft Office, but I did not get any key by email. Sometimes they send You the key, if You are lucky. They do not respond to any contact details, email or whatsapp.

Ordered on the 20 dec an Office2021 license. License was not delivered until now after i wrote 5 e-mail to the vendor and several Whatsapp messages to the contact number, none of which i got a response

It is not a scam. On the invoice and in the email received from them you can find all the instructions to do the registration.
They recomend to chose the telefonic not the internet registration and you receive a detailed description about it.
The Microsoft Office 2021 licensw worked properly.

Activation for Office2021 failed. Same licence sold multiple times. Contacted the seller but he decided to ignore my request to fix it. I asked for refund without any response. I am going to make a complaint to the authorities. Total waste of time and money.

I tried to buy a product, they say the keys are delivered instantly but this is a big scam. I didn't receive the keys, they are not answering WhatsApp/email/phone. Don't buy keys from here.

Office 2021 license doesn't work because specified Product Key has already activated the maximum number of times permitted.
the seller doesn't answer at phone, WhatsApp, email.
