We are very sorry that you are experiencing this situation.
We are happy to help you successfully activate your product.
The manufacturer has changed the activation procedure. This activation procedure applies to all their products and applies to all stores where you can purchase this brand.
For example, if you buy the same product elsewhere in another store, you will have to use the same activation procedure.
This way of activation is imposed on you by the manufacturer and not by the store where you buy it. (In this case 2GO Software)
To provide ongoing protection against viruses, the manufacturer will require you to enter payment information when you redeem the product key.
Unfortunately, the product key cannot be activated without entering payment details. the manufacturer will activate an automatic renewal with these payment details.
Next year when your license is about to expire, the manufacturer will use this payment information to automatically debit the amount for a subsequent renewal from your account.
It is therefore completely separate from your current order and payment at 2GO Software.
We certainly understand that this activation procedure is cumbersome and not desirable. 2GO Software is also against this way of activation and is happy to help you step by step with activation.
We have written a complete step-by-step plan so that you can activate easily and quickly.
We have sent this manual to you by email. If you can't figure it out, please let us know. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation.
