Terrific model of my wife's NYC neighborhood. She loved it...!

Very accurate…

Process was straight forward.
You choose from their website what landscape you want. They also recommend either cityscape or mountain depending on how many buildings there are in the scene.
Once done they will do a small review and let you know if something won't turn out ok.
The delivery is fast and very well packaged. The box should be able to keep two frames, stacked one on top of each othe rwith separators.
If you decide for an inscription as well then this should come separately packaged.

Perfect & arrived very quickly (DE To AUS)

I have no idea how the product is. I ordered it for $98 and added the expedited printing for $15. At check out the shipping was $31, figured it was tariffs. After a couple weeks the package arrived in great time. However the strange guy delivering it said in my ring camera that I need to pay $40 in tariffs. Which I do not blame the driver or the company for this addition. This is the president and we need to abide by it. However, this did not coming up in final price in the secured website. It was able to calculate that it was $31 shipping. But not able to provide tariff pricing. I will not be paying or providing my credit card info to a stranger on my ring camera. When I reached out to the company, their answer was. Tariff at deliver is mentioned in the FAX section. If I don’t pay it and accept the package. I will also have penalties and fees applied. If you are ordering from the US….stay away.

I am super happy with the two models that I had produced by Lichtbild Manufaktur. Their team is super responsive and the product was delivered quickly! I highly recommend this company for this type of product!

Wanted a specific part of Austria with mountains and lakes. Great quality with nice colours, all showing how it should be. Ordering was easy. Delivery was timely and well packaged.

The delivery time was very efficient and the first impressions of the product also very positive. It came in a beautiful box, properly packaged so it would not be damaged on its long trip from Germany to the US.
Once opened, it was obvious the high quality of each flower - the gorgeous silk, the vibrant and natural-looking colors, even the movement was very lifelike. Both lapel flowers are beautiful!

Personalization was easy. Ordering was easy. Product came well packed and undamaged. Delivery time, from order until delivery was speedy. The nametag that I ordered was in a separate envelope. The hanger was also in an envelope. And to top it off, there was a nice card. All in all, I can not find anything to take stars away from my review, which is why I give a total of 5 from 5 stars. Thank you to the company for this pleasant buying experience.

The model came through exactly as the picture on website showed. It is quite amazing. Very pleased with it and have been sharing my delight with friends.

The process to create a model is simple and the service was excellent. I got my model within a week. It was identical to the preview although the 3D printing resolution is not quite as sharp as the preview, but still of an acceptable quality. As way of feedback, it would have been nice to be able to rotate the orientation of the model in the frame and perhaps add place names, labels and compass rose or similar. Overall the experience was good and I will probably do another in the future. It is ideal for a special gift, although could end up a little expensive if you get carried away.

Product is fine. But import tax was nearly £90. They claim they warn about this but not prominently. I am sure that they are fully aware of how it will be for the UK but don't state it, for fear of losing sales. Also they charged for two fixings with only one housing on the frame. No instructions on how to use the fixing system so used standard picture hooks instead.

From end to end a very smooth process with great results. Arrived well ahead of plan and in perfect condition. Really nice and sustainable packaging as well! The product is much better than what I was expecting and the results of the rather unique geography I chose is really great! Will be back!

I have a very nice condominium for short-term rent on an Island on the Allegheny River inside the city limits of Pittsburgh. It's for people like me who have little or no interest in Hotel amenities. This picture is now on the main floor wall to give people an understanding of the trails, boat docks, and area around the island...including the Pittsburgh Observatory (with an original 1890s 16" refractor) at the top of the hill just above the island, and the US National Aviary also walking distance to the island..as well as the city center of Pittsburgh. The river biking/walking path is continuous for 300 km down to Washington DC without crossing major roads, and there is a private walking/biking bridge to it from the Island. So my 26cm version hanging in the Great Room is absolutely perfect. I figure it adds immeasurably to the rental value for my visitors.

It was outstanding in every respect EXCEPT the DUTY TAX I had to pay to get it into the US. Be aware of this additional charge you will have to pay if you order from the US. It was about 25% more than the purchase price a shipping charges.

The product has great detail and makes a very interesting decoration. Anybody who sees it is immediately intrigued. Very pleased. I hope they keep developing it and adding more detail because models like this never get old!

At the beginning I was a bit apprehensive with this product. But, the moment I unpacked it, I was pleasantly surprised with what I saw! The detailing, colors and overall quality is excellent and exactly how it was represented in the preview. My only regret? Not having ordered a larger size! Thank you and all the best! Jorge
