Paid 2 months membership and $8 for a license that repeatedly gets copyright claims even with all of the license info included in the description. I just disputed a claim that is on a promotional video for a sale that will end on Jan6th 2025. The claimant has 30 days to respond to my claim at which time this video will be worthless. This has happened to me twice on time sensitive videos but, even if it is not time sensitive it is a hassle to have to dispute damn near every time you try to use the content you paid for. Buyer beware!

Their refund policy is a joke, make sure you read them. You can't even use the songs on a branded account. A complicated process. Use something else.

I am finding exactly what I need for each project that I create. I personally have song recommendations but I am sure Lick'd is doing everything they can to continue to broaden their libraries. They already have a ton of music to choose from and their approval process when getting ready to upload to YouTube is fast and easy.

They are always ready to support you in the event that your licenses aren't being approved on time. You're never sitting around guessing with Lick'd

I tried to cancel my subscription because I don't have time to use the service, yet they won't allow me to withdraw. I have tried multiple times, yet, their cancel button remains unclickable.

Copyright claims are cleared fast.

They are so quick to resolve a claims issue IF you were to have one. I had my very first copyright claim and they cleared it in 3 minutes.

Lickd’s immediate attention to clearing copy right claims is super satisfying as a creator. It’s money well spent as a YouTube content creator.

Most of the songs & artists I wanted were not available. Had to make do with what was there which made it hard to match with my content. Not much there for TikTok whether that is TikTok’s fault I don’t know.
With that being said - as a newbie the service was great. Questions were dealt with as fast as the time difference would allow. Songs were cleared fast.

What a fantastic company! I had a dispute with one of the tracks I used, and they cleared it up instantly. Their communication was so fast and responsive—I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Thanks to Jessica who got it done so quickly!

This is my first time using Lickd. I’m so happy I found a place to legally use mainstream music on YT! The customer service has been excellent, as I had questions getting started!

Their front page clearly says that we can use the tracks on any platform we want. Only once we pay the subscription and are about to purchase a license for a track, do they make it visible that YouTube is the only platform allowed. I've checked many songs and I have not yet seen one song where anything else than Youtube is allowed. I think the many bad comments here all go down to one thing—false promises and mixed messages. It's all over their website. Delivering more than you promise and not the other way around remains one of the business basics which, many people still don't understand, yet it's easy and key to success.

Easy to find and license songs for live streaming workouts. Many of the included songs are fantastic and the hit songs take videos to the next level. Would love to see this service grow to include more artists and record labels!

So far so good! The website is well made and the claims get cleared pretty fast!

I use them for wedding films, and I let the couples choose their music. So the website having a nice look and feel is very important.

More refined filtering for searching would be great, like searching via instrument or corporate feeling songs etc.

We've only been using the service for a few weeks but we love it. Easy to use, and so much choice of music to fit the style of the videos that we're creating.

Perfect for small creators, lot's of music to choose from at fair prices if you want to add a touch of authenticity to your video.

I added multiple song to one of my videos that were quickly approved. Unfortunately claims appeared on some of the other music in my video (Not from Lickd) that were definitely public domain recordings. I re-uploaded my video with recordings I found on Lickd and they very quickly swapped the licences over to the new video, so I didn't need to worry about false claims!

A game changer for music content. The ability to include popular music into your Social Media makes for a major change in offers and engaging content.

I’m grateful for the excellent service, personal attention, and quality of the products. They helped and supported my YouTube channel so efficiently. I couldn’t be happier, and I highly recommend them.

Lickd is a great supplier to deal with and I am happy with the services I am currently using. 4 of the 5 videos have been trouble free and the clearance of the Copyright was cleared in 12 hours total which is fine as the videos were not in the public view. However on the 4th video a false copyright claim was made by DeepMiningCorpAssoc on the track "Life's What You Make It by Talk Talk" and this was a video that was cleared 2 days before DeepMiningCorpAssoc falsely copyright claimed it that is invalid because I have the legal license to use the track in my video from Lickd! Who are these clowns? They are making things harder for Lickd and WMG who whitelisted the video in the first place only for this company DeepMiningCorpAssoc to make a false copyright claim. After looking through the help section of what to do and Lickd not being able to clear it. I have filed a dispute against DeepMiningCorpAssoc because I have authority to use this track in my video and they should NOT have the right to illegally copyright claim music they are NOT entitled to when I have posted the valid attribution into the description as required by Lickd and WMG respectively. Lickd needs to do something about DeepMiningCorpAssoc and update their software to prevent DeepMiningCorpAssoc from making false claims and YouTube needs to improve their Content ID system and boot those off their platform that abuse it!

So far so good no copyright claims after using a well known tune. It’s all I wanted as a creative to be able to express myself to my audience through the music I actually enjoy!
