Rubbish customer service

How do you actually get this company to get back to you to rectify their mistake?
Have sent about 6 emails since a week ago when they sent a LARGE Lick sleeve
Instead of the MEDIUM that is clearly on the order and the delivery note that arrived with the item.
I have email via the website. I have emailed their support site. I have tried their chat bot. I am not happy. My dog is not happy!
£83 spent (inc £20 postage ???)
My dog has had a cone on now for 10 days. Its not good enough.

Wrong size sent and no refund

I ordered as my dog was due surgery despite being very expensive. They had packed the wrong size - even though the receipt said a large, a medium arrived. Before purchase, when I asked about sizing they responded immediately. They haven’t responded since the error now for nearly a week despite 4 emails and now we are just using the cone after surgery. I would like a refund but struggling to get through to them. A very expensive mistake and really can’t recommend with this lack of care.

Wonderful Product!

The Licksleeve is a lifesaver when your dog is having TPLO surgery. He had his L hindleg repaired January 2025 and today, he is in surgery now for his R TPLO. I dread him undergoing surgery again, but I know from past experience how wonderful having the Licksleeve was for post- operative recovery. I highly recommend this surgery for for pets!

Lick Sleeve

I recently purchased a Lick Sleeve for my SBT following TPLO surgery
It was quite an expensive purchase but I would have paid anything to help prevent her licking the scar and she hated the plastic cone
Arrive within 3 days of ordering
When I attempted to fit it to her back leg she really didn't like it, causing her to pay attention to the poorly leg meaning we couldn't leave it on her. As it was fairly long I cut the bottom of it before realising it wasn't suitable
I contacted Lick Sleeve and explained my problem and this morning I received notification of my order refunded and because it had been cut I could donate to an animal charity of my vets practice
My postage wasn't refunded but I was more than happy that the item was
Would definitely recommend company as dealt with my case very professionally and understanding

Extortionate posting costs

Super expensive for what it is, but as long as it works I’ll be happy. I was less than happy with the delivery charge (£20!! For a small piece of material) or the fact that for that fee they sent it with Evry. So obviously it’s delayed. If you’re going to charge such astronomical fees for posting, at least send it guaranteed delivery with a reputable supplier. Now we won’t have it for when our dog comes out of surgery later. Absolutely rubbish.

Recovery suit to keep terrier from licking a serious wound

Our rat terrier tore a huge area of skin where his right rear leg meets his groin area -- the vets used 30 stitches to put him back together. Keeping him from licking that area was brutally difficult. I remembered that we bought a Licksleeve for our lab/pit mix several years ago after he had knee surgery, so I checked the Licksleeve website to see if they had any product that would help. Their Recovery Suit looked like it could work so I placed an order and paid for next-day delivery.
As it turned out, FedEx suffered a series of delays, causing a 24-hour delivery delay. That was disappointing, but once we got it I found that it did just what we wanted. Our rat terrier is now able to be left alone without the need for a e-collar or other countermeasures.
The truth is that the suit is a little on the tight side -- our dog is 27 lbs and 20" from neck to base of the spine, so the Small size is tight ... but I worried that if we went looser, our dog would be able to get his nuzzle (and tongue) to reach the area where the stitches were. The sizing on these items is quite tricky so be ready to exchange your first one (or maybe order two sizes and return one of them?)

The product good but expensive and delivery was very slow

The product is very good, but it is also very expensive, and the delivery was terrible.
Our Leonberger had surgery to replace the cruciate ligament on her right knee. The vet provided a licksleeve, which we could see worked well. We decided to order a second one directly from licksleeve uk, and paid extra for express delivery.
From order to delivery took 7days, 6days in transit. The courier was UPS. We live about 25mins from Aberdeen, The package arrived in Dundee, about one and a half hours away.
It sat in the warehouse in Dundee from Thursday to the following Tuesday, and was delivered by van from Dundee.
