I highly recommend Liddington Mortgages. I was in contact with Dan for several months. Dan gave me advice right at the beginning when I hadn’t even started looking at properties, to give me guidance on what I could afford and also what properties may or may not be accepted with certain lenders. This gave me confidence that I was viewing the right houses and likely to get a full mortgage offer. Dan was then with me every step of the way throughout the 6 month process of buying my home, making sure that the chain was chased and that I would complete before my mortgage offer expired and before the stamp duty increase came into play. He secured a great deal for me and continually checked it was the best deal as interest rates declined.

Dan was on hand to answer any question I had, whatever time of day and no matter how many questions I had per day!
