Nice service
The tires were delivered on time directly to the service center. I was pleased that they had been manufactured only a few months earlier. They were installed on the second day.
Maybe to make the service even better, it would be nice to receive a notification once it has been delivered.

Defective tyres, obstructed warranty, legal action pending
Two tyres with confirmed manufacturing defects (Hunter Road Force diagnostics, both exceeding radial force limits). After filing my claim with full documentation, the process has been nothing but obstruction: requesting data already submitted, demanding irrelevant vehicle information, and citing an unlawful "no returns on mounted tyres" policy — a tyre defect can only be discovered after mounting.
Complaints filed with the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) and Slovenian Market Inspectorate. Lawsuit deadline: Monday.
