Do not buy from Lidsters!. Cool box wheel fell off after 1st use and still no resolution. Product bought direct from Lidsters

I ordered the coolbox from Lidsters and on the 1st use the wheel fell off. I contacted customer services and did not get a response so I chased them up a few weeks later, no response then eventually got a response saying send some photos which I immediately did and then heard nothing for a few months, chased them again (Many times) for an update and I am not getting any response. Awful customer services & poor product. Send me a new wheel and spindle or a replacement coolbox or give me my money back!.
