Following an accident we had to put our jeep to L&I Eaton. Our experience was fantastic. The friendly reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, communication was super. The repairs were carried out to a high standard and the car was spotlessly clean when we collected it! Very good experience, many thanks to all involved in the repair of our vehicle!

Excellent repair work and very good at keeping you updated on the vehicle progress through the cars repair if it was not on the insurance repair Rita would use them anyway.

2 hours after notifying insurance company we were contacted by the liverpool branch to say thet they will be doing repairs and told us to come within the hour (as they were closing )to pick up a courtesy car.
Car we received was perfect and virtually brand new. People at the company were very professional and really lovely with us. Very informative regarding new vehicle and the process was excellent throughout.
Was kept informed as to repairs of our vehicle and approximate timelines
Our vehicle was fixed and delivered to us 1 week earlier than first expected.
Delivered to our home fixed and spic and span and with so much courtesy and convenience.
Would 100% recommend this company to anyone absolutely fantastic throughout 5*****

Literally couldn’t recommend L&I Eaton enough. They done a fantastic job on my car. Keeped me up to date with the repair. Really friendly staff. Also had a full car valet when they returned my car. ☺️

A minor repair but handled with care & efficiency. Collection of my car & delivery of a courtesy car was timely (I live 60miles away) & cheery. I was kept up to date on progress by the friendly office staff. The repair was of a high quality & the car re-delivered on time.

The garage repair team sent great photos and videos of the car providing regular updates. Cannot stress enough how good the repair job is. The car looks brand new again. Thank you all so much.

From picking up my car to bringing it back today my whole experience with everyone at the Keith Branch has been nothing short of amazing. Professional but with the human touch. The team kept me up to date with the how the repairs were progressing on my car and even though there were delays because parts were out of stock I knew they were doing their utmost to get it back to me asap. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Look no further you won’t be disappointed!!
