Matt and his colleagues stepped in to provide a new bathroom when another company let us down at the last minute.

Matt listened to what I wanted, delivered what I wanted in the timescale quoted and the fitters were professional, polite and tidy.

Their attention to customer service is exemplary. I would strongly recommend the company to anyone thinking of a having a new bathroom.

After gathering several quotations for a new wet room, Life Quality Bathing were by far the most professional, courteous, considerate and competitive. The survey was carried out and the gentleman discussed our requirements at length. We then received our quote by email the next day. This is the only company that didn’t send a sales person to try and pressurise us into signing up there and then. After deciding to go ahead, we were advised of our fitting date which was 4 weeks later. The fitter arrived as agreed, along with the products, and our bathroom was completed on schedule. The workmanship is excellent. We could not have made a better choice. We would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They are an absolute breath of fresh air - 5 stars is not enough!!

Excellent service, great value for money

I had a bathroom refitted and the workmanship was immaculate. Everything was completed as agreed and all the rubbish was removed.
When I found the bath seat wasn’t suitable because of a recent injury they replace it with no labour costs.
I am so impressed by the company that I have requested them to repair and improve my downstairs cloakroom. This has been arranged so quickly and I am exceptionally grateful.I can’t recommend them enough.

We were happy with the work, although it was expensive for what is basically a shower and toilet, flooring and a bit of boarding in the shower area. We paid it as it was advertised as disabled. They did put a seat in the shower but they threw away my mothers shower shelf and we had to replace that ourselves.

Matt was as good as his word all the way through the installation. He offered us a rapid response to our initial request, was very sensitive when surveying the premises, and liaised well with the excellent fitters. The choice of finishes, flooring colours and furniture was impressive.
Matt, personally dealt with minor snagging issues after the installation.
The installation took a very hectic week but at the end we have a brilliant wetroom that will transform the care of our elderly Dad.
Transformative too is the experience of being able to trust a relatively young firm in an industry not always known for its honesty.

Still very happy with the shower cubicle.
Good quality materials and expertly installed in a few days. A small installation issue was soon resolved. Far better than having to wait for a room to be converted into a walk in shower room and much cheaper. Very simple modifications to house required ( holes drilled through walls etc.) Could soon be removed when no longer required. Please consider getting a big cubicle, you cant have enough room when manouvering the wheel chair about. I get in there in my shorts and t-shirt and only get a bit splashed.
