Pros:
• Feels benefits after taking this FitAid after workouts. Before taking this product, was only drinking water; and it would literally take me days to recover. Whereas, this I can recover faster
•Natural and proven ingredients
• Good size of a can
•not bad of a taste
Cons:
• by having a FitAid subscription, is quite expensive
• not enough options for Canadian subscriber's, to choose from. Compared to the American or Australian page
**** Wish there were more options for Canadians. But other than that, it is a great product ****

I appreciate you taking the time to write in with your feedback. We've noticed that everyone has a different palate and we pack a ton of supplements in that small can. Did you try it ice cold? LIFEAID products have no artificial sweeteners (sucralose) no fillers (taurine/sodium) & has a more expansive supplement profile then the majority of the other products out there.
We feel we have a superior product and customer service over the other guy.
