FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

This company signed me up for a free trial I did not ask for, SOMEHOW accessed my card information without me ever putting it in, and attempted to charge me $96. Luckily because I didn’t have enough money in my checkings for that card, it did not go through. HOWEVER, they will not let me delete the card information from my account, and so I tried to delete my account and I keep getting a convenient “error” whenever I try to do so, no matter what device I’m using. Which means once I have enough money in that checking account, they will take it. I’ve reached out to them and have gotten no response, as others will also tell you. What a scam!!!!!

NEVER EVER USE

I have been trying to cancel my subscription of $96 and have sent NUMEROUS emails but they have not replied to ANY of them and have KEPT ON TRYING TO CHARGE my card. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a website like this, not even a good product with pretty bad images and videos. Even some of the smallest companies I have had problems with AT LEAST reply. Absolutely horrible and would never EVER use again if my life counted on it.

I used to love using this web

I used to love using this web, especially with all the spaces available and interface. However, I've noticed the money-driven change it had. When signing up for a new account nowadays, it asks you what level of education/job you have, and if you choose to say that you're a professional, you HAVE to pay for using the web. It's not fair, and not everyone wants to pay to use an app that they're going to use once a month.

DO NOT USE THIS! This website/app is fraud!!!

This website/app is fraud. I signed up for a free trial and immediately after i couldn't log back into my account. I tried different web browsers and everything and still nothing. So now i'm locked into a subscription and cannot cancel it, mind you, this subscription was only supposed to be for $8/month. I go to my email and it states i signed up for a annual sub which i did not agree to. On top of that, they don't have any way to contact them for support. I emailed the address that gave me confirmation that my account was created, doubt I will hear back. Hopefully I can block the charge from my bank. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

The "7 day free trial" in their ad is a LIE

The "7 day free trial" is a LIE. My card was charged immediately upon signing up. It took me all of 3 hours to realize that I wouldn't use this consistently, so I canceled same day as signing up for the "trial". The subscription page shows that I have an active year subscription and they've kept the $96 they charged upon signing up for the "trial". Couldn't find any contact info for the company, so I responded to the emails they sent when signing up that are allegedly "directly from the CEO" -- no response. I've had to dispute the charge with my CC company.

Also, if you go directly to their website, the "7 day free trial" links are nowhere to be found. I tried finding the proof of them offering a trial before filing the dispute, but there was none -- until Facebook brought this ad back to me.

It is a great concept... BUT

It is a great concept, but unfortunately, this app is ONLY available on the web, not mobile.
They do not respond to email inquiries and follow-ups!

A lack of customer service

There is a lack of customer service via email with no response. The period date does not match the charging date on the invoice/receipt (that makes me a lot confused), and despite cancelling the renewal on the last day of the free trial as per their reminder email, they still sent the invoice and charged thereafter.

Customer service severely lacking

The product is helpful, but after I changed jobs I didn’t need it any longer. I was charged a second year, not realizing it was a recurring billing. I emailed about my life change and asked for a refund. The customer service was terrible. The company would not provide a refund despite my response the next day to the charge. They should give you an opportunity to opt out of an upcoming recurring charge if they won’t provide a refund. Instead they wanted a meeting to discuss why the product isn’t working? I already told them and I don’t have 30 extra minutes.

Overall for the past 4months LifeAt has helped me to stay productive throughout my work day! Pricing was worth it with all the tools and features we get from their paid tier. New features are constantly popping up with tons of feedback gathering, so far impressed with the team.
