Really serious and trusted Doctor, fast and competent! I definitely recommend!!

The Doctor is so kind and patient during the offshore medical. He is really attentive and thorough throughout the assessment.
The appointment is easy to make and the pre medical questionnaire is easy to complete.
The certificates arrived straight away too.
The Doctor makes you feel like you are an important and respected individual. He's extremely professional and courteous too.
The experience as a whole, from the booking through to receiving my certificate was simple and hassle free.
The great flexibility of being able to get a medical assessment at short notice and in the comfort of my own home is definitely advantageous.

I had to complete a medical step test today, and I can’t say enough good things about Anne. From the night before, her communication was outstanding she reached out with clear, detailed information about what to expect, which really helped ease my nerves going into the test.

The morning of, Anne was just as wonderful. She greeted me with a warm, professional attitude and walked me through the entire process again to make sure I was completely comfortable and knew what to expect. It was obvious how knowledgeable she is about the step test and its procedures, and she took the time to answer all my questions with patience and care.

Anne’s calm, reassuring presence made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and manageable. I truly appreciated her professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness. She’s a fantastic asset to the team, and I’m grateful she was the one there to support me through it.

For someone who has an irrational unease of going to a GP for my medicals, this service was superb. Conducted and completed a Chester step test at home, with no dramas at all.
