Easy to understand and to the point. I was given an email prior to my call that gave an overview of what each of my DNA indicators were telling me and what I can do to improve them. During the call I was given more in depth information and explanation on each of my DNA indicators and I now have a clear idea on what areas of my life could be effected from these results and what I can do to help them.

Not enough time, confusing to read results on your own, not enough explanation
Overall, it has been an ok experience. The person I spoke to was informative, but i just dont feel like I had enough time with her. Not a bad review of her, just the inappropirate amount of time given. I think it would be better if the results and explanations were mailed out in a hard copy, explained in laymens terms in great detail as an option as opposed to or in addition to a phone call.

We’re sorry to hear about that our reports didn’t align with your expectations. Your results reflect the genetic predispositions you have based on your DNA, however, DNA will not always 100% predict how your body and wellness develop. Your wellness is influenced by both your environment and your habits, as well as your DNA. This is why your personal experiences may not always align exactly with what the report shows.
For example, genetically someone might be predisposed to be a late riser, however, if they grew up in a home where they were expected to rise early, their body likely got used to it and adapted over time to wake up earlier, even without an alarm. This person's habits and upbringing would offset their genetic predisposition. Another example, someone might be predisposed to having lower vitamin D levels, however, if they live in Florida or Hawaii, and see the sun almost every day, they are less likely to experience a deficiency given we get vitamin D from sunlight. This person's environment would offset their genetic predisposition.
That said, we understand your frustration. We'd love to speak with you directly on a one-on-one consultation to better understand what you're seeing. Please reach out to us directly at aloha@lifedna.com and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you.
