I had such a great experience with my…

I had such a great experience with my 1:1 consultation. The session was incredibly individualized and really focused on my specific results and questions, which I appreciated so much. Everything was explained in a clear, thoughtful way, and I never felt rushed.

I also loved that I received detailed notes afterward, it made it easy to go back and reflect and actually apply what we discussed. Even after the session, all of my follow-up questions were answered thoroughly, which made me feel really supported throughout the entire process.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a personalized, informative, and supportive experience!

I purchased this DNA test in February…

I purchased this DNA test in February and have not been able to register it.
I have reached out to the company by email multiple times and no one will respond. The test is useless if you are not able to register it.
If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.

Kendrick was amazing consultative

Kendrick took the time to educate me and explain my report. She provided lifestyle changes such as supplements and nutrition. These are all changes that are easy to make. I really enjoyed the call and look forward to making the changes.

DO NOT trust LIFEDNA with your specimen!!!!
Bought a kit for my wife for Xmas and tried to return it because it was $160 cheaper after Christmas. They ghosted us and now I had to file a small claims suite to hopefully get my $550 back. This company is a complete money grab, DO NOT trust them.

Secondly, we've looked through the communication we had with you back on December 18-21, via both phone and email. Per the written communication, the kit was purchased in expectation of it arriving in advance of Christmas. Per the tracking at that time, it was slated to arrive after Christmas, and your family was upset that it would be later than anticipated, based on our marketing.

When you requested for an overnighted kit so it would arrive in time, we were unable to provide one, and apologized for not being able to do so. The kit arrived, per tracking, on December 23rd.

We'd be happy to work with you to return the kit for a refund now, since it's likely still unused. We'll be reaching out to you via email to discuss with you directly.

We look forward to resolving this.

Again you reply saying all the right things so people think it’s a one time occurrence, however you’ve told me multiple times that you would be reaching out and making things right…but that has never happened.

If you’re a consumer and reading this, I PROMISE YOU, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! It will be nothing but a disappointment.

Don't waste your time

See review from Mike on 8 Mar. Same experience. I've been ghosted 2x. They don't show up for the 1-on-1 reviews. Their supplements are below the values they recommend (yes I bought them in the 2 months I was waiting for my 1-on-1.) Don't waste your money on this company. Not worth what you pay.

Beware of additional auto draft charges to your card

I purchased initial services from this company for $250, sometime latter they auto drafted an additional $100 from my credit card. I was not aware of the additional charges until months later. Life DNA is refusing a refund because I did not object within 30 days. If you are considering using life DNA I recommend you look elsewhere for similar services.

For full clarity, the initial purchase you made of $249 back in 2024 included a subscription for $99 that bills yearly. As is our practice with all subscription products, we emailed you 30 days before your subscription was due to renew, on April 1, 2025. We also emailed you on May 1, 2025, once your subscription renewed, with a receipt for the $99 payment.

As you called in today, March 17, 2026, requesting a refund for the charge from May 1, 2025, the request was denied as it is well outside of our policy outlined in our terms and conditions.
