Didn't understand much about life insurance but Bradley explained everything about the policy and payment plans a lot of questions to go through but understood everything

First of all I do not usually accept calls from numbers I do not know. Straight away Bradley made the call easy and got to the point considering I told him I was at work, he made everything clear I did not feel pressured, and he also had an accommodating tone.

James was very helpful, went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the cover I wanted/needed and that I understood what I was getting. None of my back and fourth was too much and he always had the answers to any of my questions. Highly recommend.

The customer advisor James was very friendly, polite, helpful and informative and managed to get my policy sorted out very quickly.
The senior consultant Oscar was equally as friendly, helpful, informative and polite.
Overall, a simple, easy process and a pleasure chatting to two lovely people.
