My recent order was unexpectedly cancelled because I did not respond to an email requesting confirmation of my billing address. Unfortunately, this message went to my spam folder, and I only discovered it a week later while still waiting for my supplements, which were important to me.
During this time, the payment was placed on hold by my bank, and I had no indication that any additional information was required. I had to contact customer support myself, wait for a reply, and only then learned that my order had been cancelled without any further notification.
I believe there should be a more reliable way to inform customers when urgent action is needed—especially when payment has already been authorized. As a result, I am left without my order, without the product I needed, and with a very disappointing experience.

I kindly ask you to review this situation and consider improving your communication process.

I wish you would stop blasting me with commercials and bombbarding my email inbox. I do NOT need to be reminded that LEF exists. I thought I was purchasing your products to support scientific research but have changed my mind because it seems like I am just supporting a tremendous amount of advertising. Your advertising is causing stress which YOU warn against having, so knock it off and get back to the core values.

Life Extension offers great quality, great value, and great service! They also sent me their magazine filled with educational content, which I read cover to cover. I will be purchasing future supplements and vitamin orders with them.

I did not grasp the importance of avoiding contamination of the card with blood drops through the back of the card. Should explain why should put card over end of table.

Although I have only been using the supplements I ordered for a few days, I like the way I feel. I've been supplementing my entire life and have probably wasted money on the so-called "best" of the best but I always found pricing to be exorbitant. Life Extension products are an excellent value both in terms of cost and purity. I am also into the anti-aging movement and Life Extension "checks all the boxes" there too. Overall, I highly recommend and give them a five star review.

Genuinely terrible experience shopping with Life Extension Europe. Extremely rude correspondence encountered, will never order from them again. The boxes with product arrived torn and open, contacted customer service to ask for a remedy - they were incredibly rude and unhelpful, I cannot even believe that such rude and terrible service exists. There really are people out there who shouldn't be working in Customer Service. No solution was reached, unsettling experience.

I placed my order on Nov. 18 and I still haven't received the product yet. It's now Nov. 29. Not sure why it's taking this long. I'm not very happy on the wait. I'm just about ready to cancel the order.

It isn't hard to find what I need. My doctor looks up all my supplements on your web site and wanted me to order some of the ingredients separately. Which is what I have been slowly doing as I finish off the other products. You could have knocked me over with a feather when he pulled up the products on the computer screen and discussed each one with me. I have never had a doctor do that before. Then after a lengthy discussion he said, "you couldn't have picked a better place to buy your supplements".

I purchased the exact same bottle labeled Palmetto Guard and Beta- Sitosterol, and guess what. They removed all Rosemary extract from the bottle. Not cool. There is evidence that Rosemary extract helps fight off prostate cancer, and to remove it from the formula, shamefull.

life extension sent me a bottle that contained some capsules that were empty.
i called in, they said they would ship me a replacement.
replacement arrived, paperwork says they charged me for replacement.
went online to my account, looked at the order, says they charged me for the replacement.
called customer support, they are saying they didnt charge me for a replacement.
Asked to speak to a supervisor, was told none was available but that someone would get back to me in 2 days.
now my only recourse is to go to my credit card company and spend eternity online for their customer support and determine if i was charged or not.

Easy to purchase. Product sooner than original notification

It is too much, the sales pitches all the time, the magazines which I throw away each time they arrive. You guys need to relax.

The newest design of Life Extension's bottle and jar packaging has made it very difficult for me to choose their supplements when I need to select them amidst the many bottles on my shelves and countertops, or find them in stores. White font on a dark background is too hard to read, even with reading glasses. Plus, despite some size variations, all the bottles look exactly the same, especially on store shelves! Nothing distinguishes one Life Extension supplement from another, and when displayed next to other brands, Life Extension products just recede into the background. This is not the case with many other vendors (not all), that pop to the front on store shelves. Plus, I can't even write on top of the lids, with their raised font on the dark blue plastic surface, and now I can't even write on the shoulders of each dark blue bottle! What I have to do to make LE supplements usable is discard the dark lids and replace them with flat, white plastic lids saved from other vendors' supplement bottles. Then I use different colored permanent markers to print in legible letters the # of caps or tabs/day, how many times/day, with food, without food, with water, with meals, between meals, before meals, before breakfast, etc., etc., whatever. I color code the letters so I can quickly see the dosage information without having to search for it with a magnifying glass on the back of each dark bottle on an hourly basis. Your graphic artists need to learn a serious lesson. It appears they have no applied graphic design training, nor intuitive experience. The change from white bottles with dark blue font didn't need a change. "If it isn't broken, don't fix it". I'm a former graphic artist, & I would NEVER design product information to be so difficult to read. With this problem in mind, I have deliberately switched to other brands when I can find their same supplement with legible packaging, and with white or light-colored flat lids. Consequently, I'm making smaller and fewer LE purchases than in the past, due this huge inconvenience and oversight.
