You might want to try a different shipping method. My last order (I live in Hideaway- 1 hour from Dallas) went from new jersey to Dallas then to California and back to Dallas again.

While the ordering process is quite easy, I would like to see more "deals" and better pricing on your products ~ especially when ordering more than 1 of the same type of product! That would encourage ppl to order more if they receive a better pricing structure.

I like receiving the magazine in the mail - lots of great articles.

Products are ok..my card was hacked after I ordered..since I haven't ordered anything else in weeks, I assume somebody hacked it from the order trail...not saying Life Extension is responsible, but it must have happened somewhere along the way..

Products work very well. I use the probiotic and liquid D3.

Ordering is seamless with no glitches.
But, you need to start offering large quantity supplements. It's wasteful and annoying to order a 30 day supply of K2 with the bottle only 20% full. We want to be able to purchase a bottle with at least 180 caps!

The website is easy to use and offers top quality products. I like having all the product details available.

My only negative is cost. In the future we will need to sadly downsize our orders. Wish Medicare helped with vitamins and supplements.

The products seem to be good quality, the information and presentation is great, but on the negative side I would say shipping could be improved in terms of speed and cost.

I placed an order over a month ago that was for a qty of 4 of the product. After purchase learned I would be shipped 1 and the remaining would be shipped within 30 days. Well, we are beyond 30 days and still haven't been shipped the remaining. So, I placed a new order over a week ago and it hasn't shipped. The delay and lack of follow thru has completely turned me off from purchasing this company's products.

Shipments are prompt and accurate. Customer service is professional and efficient.
