All four corners of the product are damaged. Poor quality, poor packaging, poor price point.

A dupe Asian company or made there, do not use. The quality is atrocious and cheap. They highlight as a family business, far from it. There are no returns unless you pay $20. Nothing about it being a US company, transit or sustainability, or paying US tariffs. Cons.

After a few hiccups with my initial order I contacted customer service and I couldn’t have been more happy with the response I got from Anne!
Anne did everything to resolve my faulty item and replaced it straight away. The communication and contact I had from her until it was resolved was amazing!!
A company that really wants to make sure everything is right.

Typical example of rip-off online marketing where they grab your money and run especially at Christmas time when you are expecting it for a present. Huge gaps between order placed and incredibly poor follow up on delivery. Ordered on the 15th and still no sign of what I ordered. AVOID THIS ORGANISATION AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!! FROM THEM. YOU WILL BE BITTEERLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Don’t bother product comes from China and is very poor quality - now in the bin

My order arrived quickly but, unfortunately, had minor damage. Customer service were quick to respond and offered a partial refund or replacement.

This is a scam website. I ordered my product and it never arrived.
Was sent through a fraudulent shipping agency before being 'returned' then shipped through another fake shipper with a fake number. I reported this scam to my bank.

Wish I would’ve read reviews on here beforehand. It’s been several weeks and still haven’t received the product. Sent several emails, messaged on social media. Stay away!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would.
I ordered the product, the package got sent and delivered to a different PROVINCE! With the tracking number provided and proof, they still haven’t issued a refund.
SCAM if I ever saw one!

I bought a box but found out that someone else had purchased one for me I contacted the company by email asking for a refund and explaining the situation and within three days the money had been refunded. . All in all a positive experience.

Absolute joke - they lie about your order being despatched, they refuse to give you a return postal address when it eventually arrives - the “from” address on the package blatantly specifies it’s a “no return to” address - then do they tell you they’re in Asia and it would cost you more than the item to return it. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade.

Ordered on Dec 2 with an expected ship time of 5-7 business days. Received on December 29, so I had purchased replacement gifts for Christmas, not knowing when or if the order would come. I have since been trying to return it. Email address for customer service has a permanent fatal error. Phone number fails when you call. The only responses I've gotten previously when trying to track my order I now realize are from a Gmail address. There is no way to actually contact the company, which makes it a SCAM. They're probably buying the cheaper ones on Amazon and reselling them at a higher price to people who don't know there's another option. "Family owned business" must mean organized crime.

Total scam and I wish I would have read reviews prior to ordering. I received the product but am trying to return it. The email address provided does not work and no phone number for customer service. Definitely can get same product cheaper on Amazon. Do not buy from this company.

Avoid like the plague…took weeks to arrive, lied to repeatedly with fake tracking. Returned, still waiting for a refund. Contacted credit card company.

Miserable. They wont respond to questions directly asked. They respond with the same BS answer and never address the concern. Won't call. The phone number listed is a lie! Everything about dealing with this company is NOT WORTH the time. They owe me merchandise and refuse to send what they owe me. I dont understand how this company can do business in the US. I recommend others join me in filing with the Better Business Bureau and flooding the socials with the truth about this company being a scam!

It took over 30 days to arrive, the company refuses to do a refund or return, and now that it finally arrived, it's crappy material at best. This is a Chinese based company and items ship from China. The "tracking number" they provide is not a tracking number, it's linked to a paid website. Avoid at all cost!! You can get this similar item on Amazon for half the cost in 2 days.

My husband wanted to surprise me with this gift for Christmas but it never arrived. We were both extremely disappointed since it’s a great idea. Like what others have mentioned, the shipping status is just stuck at label created. It has now been over a month with no freaking update. Way to ruin someone’s holiday!!!

Absolute scam of a company - wish I’d read the reviews first. Lie after lie after lie. I am using chargeback on my credit card in the hope that they can get me my money back. What an idiot to be taken in by them. Do not use, do not buy, do not have anything to do with them.
