Terrible Experience with Lifeispain Clothing
I had a horrible experience with Lifeispain, a clothing company I found on Instagram. Back when I ordered the item they used to advertise easy returns, but it was a complete lie. I tried to return some items, but after having paid 30 euros to post the item to their facility in Germany, they never ended up picking the item up once it arrived to its destination (as shown on the receipts my post office gave me). They took their time to respond to my numerous emails and messages and had no intention in helping their customer out. It’s clear they did not honor their return policy nor do they want to help out their customers and would rather save their money and time.
To make matters worse, the quality of their clothing is abysmal. The materials are cheap and not look at all like what they show on their website our on tik tok. This company is a total fraud. Save your money and shop elsewhere!
