Terrible service

Terrible service

I had a 360 complete turn on me (the rare occasion I've had a phone call)! erm a email address given to me Lifelink/DBI lanarkshire I did email that no response from them either

Highly Recommend

Therapist I was assigned was great. We had phone sessions once a week with our last session, a face to face which was really nice to meet in person. You can refer yourself to Lifelink three months after you leave if you need to. Speaking about everything has had its ups and downs through therapy, but I feel I have made a lot of progress since my first session.
Thank you.

Useless service

⁶⁸Useless service. Offer pretty much nothing. Now spamming me to sign up for a £1000 cbt course.Meant to be a not for profit agency not charge through the nose for something with a 87% fail rate.As a unemployed guy,Asking me to fork out £1000 is beyond a joke. All their useless emails are now in spam where they belong.Moving on later i attended a interview at Maryhill lifelink.explained what my problems are.Person said..try painting by numbers ( for crippling anxiety, depression, agitation) .I tried it.went back too 2nd appointment. I was useless i said. Person said sorry I cant help you.Goodbye and turned her back too me.The End.Farcical help as a 12 year old kid could give better advice and ability too have a better conversation

Hi David, the course are you referring to is the COSCA accredited course in Counselling Skills which provides participants with a formal, entry-level qualification for individuals looking to pursue a career in counselling. We do understand you may be disappointed with what was offered to you and this may not be what you had expected. Lifelink also offer a range of other services including one to one support and group work.

You had previously subscribed to our group work mailing list however we have now removed your email address from this list so you will not receive any further updates from the training and group work team.

We would like to help you to resolve this further. If you are interested in speaking to someone please call us on 0141 552 4434 or email info@lifelink.org.uk where we would be happy to help.
