I love that they are helping me get my meds that I need, but the response time is really slow. I also don't love that I cant send a message unless my account is caught up, but it can take 2-3 days after the payment is made to update, so you are left wondering.
**Edit. They have contacted me to tell me that they are working on it, however I cannot respond due to the error and still have no confirmation that my prescription has been sent to my pharmacy.

Ive been on wegovy for 2 months. Thru goodrx. I paid 200 a month but after a couple months they tried to double my cost. Highly angry. Found your company and your customer care was amazing. She saved my progress to get weight off.

Not transparent at all. You are automatically signed up for a one year subscription. There is no notification you are being billed for the next one, it just appears on your bank statement. I called same day before shipping and they would not cancel the order or offer a refund. SCAM! STAY AWAY from this company. You will regret it.

It’s been several days since I was forced to make a phone call to try to resolve predatory and unclear fee practices. I thought I was offered a resonable solution by a customer service representative on 4/14, bit here we are several days later without any of the promises fulfilled or made right. No idea what “services” my “membership” paid for if now I can’t even message on the app even though I was forced to pay up front for a membership. Would love a refund considering I can’t even get the correct prescription sent for the medication requested. 4 months in to a 6 month “membership” and spent almost $500 to spend an additional $800 for only 2 months’ worth of medication issued. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS IS A SCAM

I was utilizing LifeMD for close to a year. I started off with a great Physician. I started having some concerns and had to see a Physician. I chose the first available Physician which was Patrick Curry. Huge mistake. He was TERRIBLE. As soon as the virtual appointment began, he chuckled into his arm at first sight of me as if I was some clown. I was baffled. He continued to smirk and avoid eye contact with me like I was an imposition. It was humiliating, uncomfortable and incredibly unprofessional. He knew what he was doing. He had every intention to demean me by his actions. His lack of professionalism is revolting. I have worked along side many Providers/NP's for many years. Doctor Curry displayed the worst bedside manner I have seen. I will never use LifeMD nor recommend to any family/friends/colleagues. No provider has the right to mistreat any patient.

They tell you the medication will cost $149 per month. They don't tell you they are going to bill you that amount two times per month. I emailed them through the site to find out why and did not receive a response. Today I called to cancel and they told me "You pay $149 for the medication and an additional $149 to use our services". I told them I don't use any services other then to answer a couple of questions a month (How much do you weigh? Are you experiencing side effects?"). The representative said, "That is using our services". You have to answer those questions to get your medication sent to you. This is very shady. I wouldn't use this company. There are so many other companies that tell you the charges up front (such as weight watchers and RO). I don't like that I wasn't told I would be bill this twice a month, and then when I ask about it, I'm told the 2nd charge is to use their services....which are just to renew the medication.
