We reached out to Wendy Stott at Life of Travel with a fairly broad wish-list: winter sun, a family-friendly hotel and a bit of adventure. Wendy listened carefully, asked the right questions and quickly narrowed things down to one brilliant recommendation: Thailand, and specifically Hua Hin. It turned out to be exactly what we were looking for — a welcoming destination popular with Thai families and only a short drive from Bangkok.

Over the course of a week or two, Wendy guided us through flight and hotel options, always patient, always responsive and consistently going above and beyond to make sure we felt confident in our choices. Once we decided, the booking process was quick and straightforward, and all our documentation arrived immediately.

Wendy also prepared a full itinerary for us, along with suggestions for things to do in both Bangkok and Hua Hin. We followed most of her recommendations and had an exceptional trip as a result.

When our return journey became complicated due to a missed flight, Wendy supported us again without hesitation.

It was a truly wonderful holiday from start to finish, and we have Wendy to thank for making it happen. Highly recommended.

We decided to do a big trip with our two young girls and our much older step daughter who now lives in Australia. So we settled on meeting in Thailand to spend Christmas on the beach.

We had a few things we definitely wanted to do, a few places we fancied taking the kids too (elephant sanctuary’s) as well as factoring in sorting travel for our step daughter to join us from Australia. And we didn’t want to stay in one place. Suffice to say we were overwhelmed with it all.

Wendy took the stress out of our hands, made it very simple and always offered alternative options to locations and venues - she made the whole process enjoyable. Even leaving us a Christmas card and sweet treat in our second hotel for Christmas Eve.

She is calm, knowledgeable and always on hand to answer one of my many questions.

We had an amazing trip to New York and San Francisco organised by Wendy at Life of Travel. She was very competitive with her pricing and prepared us well giving us an orientation and a list of things we would be able to fit in during our time there.

I was struggling to get a suitable cottage for my yearly break to Ambleside. I contacted Wendy with my requirements and within half an hour she had managed to find three to choose from that were below my expected budget. The one we chose was a fantastic cottage and we had a great time there.
I would recommend Wendy to anyone looking to book a holiday as she removes all the stress and worry and just gets it sorted for you.

Wendy arranged a city break in Naples for my daughter and me and the whole experience was fantastic. Everything was handled smoothly- from booking to travel, it was easy and efficient.
Wendy arranged a lovely hotel for us, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, public transport and the port. She also provided us with a list of excursions so we had plenty of ideas ready to go.
But what really impressed me was the personal touch. Wendy gave me a sheet she had put together with useful information about Italy and Naples, things to see and do and some useful Italian phrases. She even got in touch with us to make sure we had arrived safely and that everything was ok.
Thanks to Wendy, the whole trip felt effortless. We had a fabulous time exploring Naples, making memories and not having to stress about a single thing. I would wholeheartedly recommend Life of Travel to anyone planning their next holiday.
