Life on Ice were exceptional. Bob kept us updated every step of the way -even when there was no update! I had Whatsapp updates on the day of transfer to let me know exactly what was happening. The whole service was smooth, I didn't have to worry about anything! The worst part was waiting for clinics to agree on a date. Thanks so much!

When we initially started the process of having to move our samples, I felt overwhelmed when our hospital advised we had to find our own courier service. We had no idea about cryogenic delivery before using this service. Our clinic recommended six different companies, we asked all of them for quotes & some questions. We chose Life on Ice because they were affordable and, by far, the best when it came to communication. Even emails sent in the evening were replied to quickly, which we didn’t expect. Most importantly our delivery arrived safely. Excellent communication and customer service throughout.

Our experience with Life on Ice was excellent from start to finish. We were transferring eggs from Scotland to England, and they came recommended by both clinics. Communication was clear and responses always timely. I was kept up to date through the whole process, and everything just felt really straightforward, which is what you want when dealing with everything else, fertility! I haven’t used another courier service before, but when comparing it to the rest of the financial costs that come with IVF, this seemed like excellent value for money. Thank you to Bob and the team!

We transferred embryos from the UK to Ireland and can highly recommend Bob and the Life on Ice service. Communication was efficient and clear and they were just lovely to deal with from beginning to end. The price was very competitive and yet the service was high quality. Great service and down to earth communication!
Bob communicated with both clinics to arrange the paperwork and dates. Transport on the day then went smoothly, despite a bit of traffic!
The only advice I would give is, if the distance required allows, let the team know up front if you don’t want an overnight transfer. We hadn’t considered it but realised we didn’t want it when that option was presented for an earlier transfer date.

We transferred our Embryo from the UK to N. Ireland and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend Life on Ice for anybody needing to undertake this process.

Life on Ice did a fanastic job of transporting my frozen gametes. At the start of the process Bob clearly communicated and answered questions about the process. For the transport itself, Bob worked with both clinics to arrange date (took three times to find a suitible day). During this process Bob kept me updated about the ongoing status.

For me, this was more than worth the fee. I know from personal expereince that one of the clinics is difficult to work with. Being able to trust Life on Ice to coordinate the transport end to end was a huge weight off my shoulders, and the transport itself went off without a hitch.

I heartily recommend Life on Ice to anyone looking to do frozen gamete transfers in Scotland.
