The delivery arrangement is a complete chaos and not yet fixed. After many calls and emails over the course of a week the delivery address is still wrong and no delivery date agreed yet. This is a very unsatisfying experience!!!

We have used the parasol about 10 times and already the coating on the crank mechanical while we always use the protective cover. Considering the short time we have owned the parasol and the high price we paid, I find this unacceptable! I would appreciate your response....

Thank you for your email. Annoyed to hear that there has been damage to your parasol. What we see in the pictures looks like user damage or damage caused by external influences. You can touch this up with a spray can. This costs € 17,50 and can be sent by mail for € 4,50.
My answer to buitenhof:
Dear.
"user damage due to external influences" what a poor and especially cheap answer! Please read the complaint carefully and conclude and acknowledge that it might be a poor coating/adhesion ex factory! We pulled the parasol out from under the cover 10 times and did NOT even touch our hands on this spot on the crank! I definitely do not agree with this very customer unfriendly solution in which you also dare to charge money for repair that we may go and fix ourselves! If you look at our file you may notice that we have already paid 10Eu to your rogue deliverymen because otherwise they did not want to assemble the parasol and did not want to return the packing materials and that while we paid extra for a so-called "service package" when we bought our garden furniture! I will not fail to write a bad review about your company on every portal and will start using your response text. Furthermore, I will start asking my legal aid for advice because the last word has not yet been spoken about this.....

Well i never reveived a feed back…
Well i never reveived a feed back concerning a claim in the store and by email last year.
Would have expected to get the piece by goodwill for free because of the wrong price policy/discount.
Well maybe there are better stores next time.
