The best please keep it up

This site is a scam. Don't join because they just want users to work for free and they don't pay them. They also delete accounts when someone tries to get paid or asks for support.

ridiculous people i spent hours on stupid surveys and then they suspended my account and i also spent a lot of time on serveys that did not even pay me anything like what the actuall hell.
those bloody scammers can even afford a 5 pound coupon
waste of time the outcome from all that shite was bloody nothing

I joined LifePoints and did as many surveys as I could, to the best of my ability. I never did anything to go against their terms and conditions yet they suspended my account without giving any reason. When they did this they also voided out all of the points I had earned. So basically all of my time was wasted and they did not stand up on their end and let me redeem the points.

I became a member of lifepoints a year ago and completed all surveys they sent to me as accurately as possible. Then they suspended my account apparently I did not meet their quality standards This also happened to my wife on the same day. All points were forfeited even though I had earned these points and abided the rules. What a terrible company, avoid at all cost.

I had been a member of this survey service for nearly a decade. They decided to suspend my account for no reason saying I had violated terms of service without saying which one. I lost a significant amount of money in rewards points and I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Been using this survey site for a while with no evident problems . Today tried to cash in £40 and am told my accountant has been suspended as I do not meet the quality standard..

I have written a review previously saying that Life Points have refused to pay me. They immediately reached out and STILL refuse to pay me. Still they have the nerve to spam email me to do more surveys!! Do NOT use this app!!! Date of service is one of many outreaches to them

This company suspended my account just when I tried to cash in my rewards. No reason given. When I protested, I got back an e-mail with a threatening tone. Avoid Lifepoints as they will pull the plug and leave you with no reward. I've had only positive experiences with the three other companies I do surveys for.

BEWARE! Once you have completed enough surveys, to cash out, you will be informed that you violated some unspecified 'rule' and your account will be suspended and you will be denied payment. This now appears to be the standard operational procedure for this company. Even asking for the specifics they will only return a general statement that they can't share that information! WHAT??

Very disappointed in this company. They wait until you have enough points to redeem and then they suspend your account for violating their terms so that they don’t have to pay you out. Morally corrupt and misleading consumers

of course people are blinding by the possibility of earning gift cards and will ignore red flags but here goes. This is an scam company and criminal organization letting you give them your data and blocking your account when it wants to, without any explanation. People working there must be very proud of their work.

I have been their member for over 5 years and I was satisfied. yesterday i tried to redeem the fee for 10€ and i got an error message and to contact customer service to solve the problem. I actually contacted them and they told me that for some unknown reason my account was suspended and I'm losing my pay. When I asked what exactly I did wrong, they answered me with a list of 15 POSSIBLE causes. I still don't know what I did wrong. I asked them for my payment for the surveys I have already completed and they were paid by their partners and they reply to me with standard messages. Searching on reddit I discovered that it is simply the practice they have been following here for some time. Those of you who participate, keep that in mind. Anyone who wants to read real user reviews and not "thousands of positive reviews" from bots should search to reddit. He will find that the specific panel without telling the user what he did wrong does not pay him his fee from surveys he completed and the panel was paid. The definition of a SCAMMERS.

It used to be a reasonably good survey site. Nowadays at least 2 thirds of the surveys get a shed load of personal information from you before saying the survey doesn't look like a match for you or it filled up really quickly and similar misleading info.I don't mind answering a few questions to check if I am suitable but these surveys go far beyond this.

Avoid! It is scam. I couldn't redeem my £10 as they said account is suspended.

Suspended my account claiming that I had violated their terms and conditions, but when pressed to explain which one they couldn't. I was in the process of cashing out a voucher which they cancelled which is how I found out it had been suspended (after half a dozen emails in which they kept telling me I should be able to cash out)
Don't waste your time or effort

I've joined lifepoints got my 1st 5 pound amazon voucher no problem got 3 more 5 pound vouchers pending so far so good the reason I've given 4 stars is because I've only been a member for 2 days I want to give lifepoints more stars and there's that many bad and good reviews it's very mixed that's why I've give 4 stars I will give lifepoints another review once I've been a member a bit longer so far so good

I was sent a generic email, as with many other members, just when I was about to cash out, all of 5 bucks, (for about 3 weeks worth of work!) Anyhoo...the email stated, "this is what may have gone wrong", you did this, you did that...blah blah (naturally, it was all my fault). Probably the worst paying, glitchy, rubbish "rewards" site I've had the displeasure of being a member of! What's the bet my surveys
still got sent to the clients of Lifepoints? I'm sure that Lifepoints managed to get paid for my work.

For no genuine reason, just before paying out my points, they decided to deactivate my membership. Luckily, most points had already been redeemed. This appears to be a scam outfit.

As per a lot of other people on here they cheated me out of £15! This company is a big scam and I highly recommend that you don’t use it because they lie and cheat and should you join them they will probably scam you to!
I am so tempted to seek legal action over this because I feel that I put the effort in to earn a little bit of money and these thieves steal it from me. Be aware this company will do it to you too!
