If you fail a breath test, the ignition interlock device will enter a temporary lockout period for the first failed BAC test. Lockout times are set by state regulation. -
How much can I drink before I trigger a violation?
Tolerance levels vary by state but are extremely low. We strongly recommend avoiding alcohol entirely and checking personal care products for alcohol content. -
Can someone else start the car for me?
No. This is considered circumvention of the device and may result in fines or jail time. -
Can other drivers use the vehicle?
In most states, yes. Other drivers can be trained, but you are responsible for any violations.

They claim to have sent over my certificates clean report on September 28th it is now October 6th and it has still not been sent. Very dissatisfied. They claim to have sent it over right away however OSP has still not received it.
