Filter cartridges for LifeSmart Spas help keep water free of debris, maintain high-quality construction of your spa, and is easy to install. Filter cartridges are essential to maintaining clean water and ensuring proper performance of your hot tub. It’s recommended for the filter cartridge to be replaced every 6 months, however, replacing your filter will depend on usage. Why we sell a 2-pack? According to the manufacturer, the filter cartridge needs to be cleaned at least once a month. When you clean your filter cartridge, it’s great to have a second one on hand as the one you clean needs to dry completely before putting it back into the spa. With a spare filter cartridge on hand, you can enjoy the spa without waiting for the other to dry! This 40 square foot filter is made to fit the following Lifesmart Spas: LS100, LS100DX, LS100 Plus, LS300Plus, LS350, LS350DX, LS350Plus, LS400DX, LS450DX, LS500Plus, LS550Plus, LS600DX, LS700DX, Tierra, Sereno, & Leganza.

You may be able to find cheaper filter options, but our filters are rated with excellent quality and are dependable. Many aftermarket filters available online are not created equal.
I hope they work well for you!

I ordered 2 Darly filters that were supposed to be proper replacements for my spa. After inserting one in, my pump was struggling/surging to process the water. I called to tell you this, but al I got was push-back from your reps. Instead of a simple refund or replacements, they insisted I take video of the water pulsing, as I'd told them. Then! Then they said that wasn't good enough, but they'd send me ONE (I had bought a two-pack). I called Watkins Wellness and they knew immediately the non-OEM filter wasn't right for my spa! Very poor experience with LifeSmart Outlet. I should have received a second filter from the sister company, LF-outlet, not be "happy" that I got two in total. I'm sure your companies have two different P&Ls. The outlet cheated me out of a filter or at least, half my purchase cost back.

I am indeed sorry you had issues with the filters. You ordered two (2) aftermarket filters, and received two (2) OEM filters.
We do appreciate your patience and cooperation to help us identify the issue, as low water is the most common issue with the pulsing jets. However, after selling thousands of the aftermarket filters with no issues, we desire to know if the filters are truly at fault.
I have been talking with Darlly about the filters to see if there have been any other known issues (none have been identified to this point), as we do not want to offer a product that is not dependable or safe for your spa.
These are a highly reputable filter manufacturer, and I do apologize that you were not pleased. We were glad to be sure you received two OEM filters to replace the aftermarkets Darlly filters that were causing an issue.

I am sorry the rope did not hold in place. I am not sure how common of an issue that is, but I do not receive any comments of that happening (so hopefully it is a rare exception). If it causes a problem, give us a call and let us know.
