Chat responses were slow and the website is clunky. Why have people put in address and other information in their account if it doesn't auto-populate when you place an order. You can still have them select verify to indicate that they verified their address.

You sold me an $89 two-pack of supposed…
You sold me an $89 two-pack of supposed filter replacements for my spa. I contacted you and informed you that the replacement "choked" my water flow, surging, as if without enough water. Your reps made me upload a video (instead of just refunding/replacing with the correct filters)...and then said the video wasn't enough! I'm 67 and not good at doing stuff like that. I was shocked that I even had to go through that. They told me to add more water! I've owned and maintained this for over a year. Insulting! Then? You agree to send me an ACTUAL OEM filter. Not two, just one! You used Watkins Wellness's kindness (who I separately spoke with) to send me an OEM...and called it even. You claimed you've NEVER heard a complaint about the Darly filters for my spa, but funny enough, Watkin's rep KNEW right off the bat that the filter capacity was a likely issue....and it WAS THE ISSUE. Your customer service made me think I was talking to an illegitimate back room store front. Seriously! I even offered to ship the second, useless filter back! Nope. They just didn't want to refund my money and gave me one filter that was CORRECT. Will never purchase anything from here again.

Excellent service when purchasing my hot tub. Staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was flawless arriving sooner than estimated. Packaging of the hot tub was great and wrapped like a glove. Driver was helpful as well with placement.
