Good value for the money

The delivery was fast and without any issues. FedEx did a really good job. They showed up when they said they would show up, it was well packed and it perfect order.

The walking pad is nice, works as advertised. It's a bit louder than I thought it would be, but it's okay.

The console is kind of old-fashioned. I would have few improvement ideas wrt UI and UX - but it works.

Excellent service and product

Excellent service and product! I had a correspondence first with a couple of questions and have never experienced so effective/short “reply time” even outside office hours. I ordered on a Saturday (weekend) and recieved Friday less than a week after, which was surprisingly since I ordered from Denmark and not NL (and for sure expected it to be 2-3 weeks delivery, even though the site says 4-9 business days).

I further even had dialogue with worries during delivery, and Ronald (Director who has helped me) was amazing to handle all questions from me. Product wise Lifespan Treadmill TR5000 Glow Up lives up to my high expectations, really good quality and worth the higher price I would say! Therefore im happy I choose to order from the brand website itself, and not a distributor more near by. I was really hoping the service would be amazing from the original brand it self, now that they sell these more expensive tread mills and the type of brand they appear to be :-) luckily I was not disappointed in anything!

Excellent products and service

My (so excellent!) TR5000/DT7S is 8 years old, and as I walk on the treadmill every working day around 8/10 km per day, the back roller has become noisy.
Spare part service of LifeSpan Europe gave me the solution in less than 1 week

Takes a bit but worth it

Had a production error but this was resolved after contacting support.

In the end a replacement was required and this was arranged and executed within the week.

Very happy with the eventual outcome!

Customer service is amazing

Customer service is amazing. I had an issue, and they quickly sent an engineer out. When another issue cropped up, the MD of Lifespan EU fixed it himself! Product works perfectly now - thank you <3

Had a great experience with the customer service and company. There were a couple of buttons defective due to usage on our device. I contacted them through the website and very shortly after received a message back that part was available including some advice and a couple of days later we received it by mail.
Excellent service!

Wrong desk

I purchased a desk with a treadmill, but they sent me the wrong desk. They told me they would send the correct one, but they haven’t responded or sent it yet. I do not recommend buying from them

Don't buy from these people.

1st off the delivery guy left the pallet and treadmill on the doorstep and drove off leaving me to figure out how to get the pallet into the house and dispose off the pallet. Now 2 months after purchase the treadmill motor is overheating and produced a smell. I've tried contacting the company for 2 weeks and got 2 "we are looking into it" messages and nothing else. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY OR THEIR PRODUCTS!
Update: 10th July 2025:
They sent parts for the treadmill and sent a technician to fix it but didn't send a motor (slow down and burning smell apparently means to them that it's a logic board and display issue and not a motor issue). The technician came, tried it and said "it's a motor issue" and didn't understand why they didn't send a motor. He didn't swap the parts, just took a look at the motor, left the treadmill running for 10 minutes and reproduced the burning smell and said there was nothing he can do. He put the treadmill back together and left with the spare parts, contacted LifeSpan again and they arranged for someone to come collect the treadmill BUT on Monday 7th July Monday the company that was supposed to pick up the treadmill had sent a single person but he refused to take it as it wasn’t on a pallet. He mentioned something about talking to the company he works for but then left. I emailed LifeSpan customer service after this happened and I haven't heard back.

I am sorry you misunderstood me. Before we sent out a technician, we need to know as much as possible what the problem is. This is the reason for asking to double check the installation. Although installation is easy, it sometimes happens a little pin get's bended in the socket. This can always be solved very easily. I had an issue with a walking pad console showing a UART communication error. LifeSpan’s support team replied quickly and even shared a clear video guide to resolve the issue. Pointless warranties

Good product but extremely poor aftercare. I had purchased a treadmill that encountered error codes. I had used lifespans website to try get in touch for under warranty repair to discover there’s multiple ways to contact lifespan but it appears only 1 would work and give me an automated confirmation from their end that they had received my query. It’s extremely hit and miss for replies and months later my issue still hasn’t been resolved. I had to submit my service request multiple times to receive any communication.

A key reason I purchased this product from lifespan was the warranty but if you encounter issues the support is an illusion.

TX6 quick delivery, plug and play simply a must have

Ordered TX6 quick delivery. Now i use it daily in my home office and the build quility is great. Can walk during emeetings without being disturbed by the threatmill. A must have for all office workers to keep healthy while working. It came assembled in the box all I had to was plug it in and start walking.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service from Ronald. I am a very particular customer and rang many times and he was very patient and accommodating. I purchased the Lifespan TR5500i - so far so good - very solid piece of equipment. It is very heavy though and so J had to hire specialists that Ronald recommended to set it up.

Great walking pad product

Great walking pad product mechanically & from a build perspective it is solid which is great. Its a shame the app is so poor as i wanted to keep track of my steps and link it to either my garmin or strava account. If the app would have been better I would have given it 5 stars
