Pick up was very professional and quick. The product is very well made and great value for dollar. The kids had a fabulous time.

10 Year Guarantee against rust on the frame means absolutely nothing. Make sure to read the fine print on the undisclosed areas regarding"extreme high moisture areas" because that is entirely based on thier opinion without further explanation of exactly where. My initial response was it's wear and tear and then they agreed to fix the major 3 frame parts. However upon looking further and dismantling everything, it was apparent that there was an area designed to capture water, and well rust out your trampoline from the inside out. By the time you find it, its too late. The guys at Leisure and Global Fitness Pty Ltd really couldn't care less about the safety concerns or this faulty design. In the end I had planned to take it further, However, I didn'thave the time back then but I've found the time to leave everyone with this review months later, I bought a new trampoline from a reliable well known brand, again they wasted much time and my money.

In relation to your comment "no response", there is a paper trail of my responses. Unprofessional.

From the excellent staff member at Reception to the warehouse staff to the after sales care everyone has been ABSOLUTELY fantastic! We (the grandchildren included) could not be happier with the Armadale 2 slide play centre. Setting it up was made so much easier by clear labelling and comprehensive instructions. With the exception of some small timber anchors pieces missing (which were sent to us within a day of our asking about them), which was a very minor issue, we realised that the task was not as daunting as we first imagined when we had laid everything out on the garage floor. Thank you to everyone at Lifespan Kids. We are already thinking of add ons to 'grow' the play centre.

Great product, easy click & collect

Very easy to find the right product and place an order. Very quick dispatch and delivery. The product is as described and good quality. Very impressed from start to finish.

Purchased a trampoline in 2024. Faulty from the start took months to get a replacement part. Wasn’t even 10 months old and the trampoline mat (spring free) started to rip. Emailed them as it was still in warranty and received no response. Bolts are also falling out. Do not buy from them.

EDIT: email was sent to info@ lifespankids.com.au on the 10th of August 2025, subject “Warranty for trampoline mat” a reply was never sent, it did not go through to junk because I’ve received a response once before from a previous claim and I check my junk folder daily. There’s no need to lie and make up excuses for poor customer service and crappy products.

The product is of good quality, the kids love it, the delivery was good.

Lifespan kids Educaters/carers are always excellent and they engage and connect well with my daughters. My daughters are cared for very well at vacation care and before/after school care. They are fed well, the activities are creative and motivating. My daughters are always happy when I pick them up. Lifespan kids communication with parents is excellent.

Purchased the Warringa cubby for our grandchildren.Easy to order and great pick up experience. Cubby instructions were good, took longer to put together than expected, but hubby is very fussy! 2 year old is loving it (with close supervision of course) Should get a lot of use for a lot of years!

Prompt professional processing and delivery. My only disappointment was not being able to utilise click and collect.

Order the Walton playground, was ready for collection next day also love that they do a free click and collect super handy! Also when we arrived to collect a lovely man helped load the boxes up as it was super heavy !

My daughter absolutely loves her mud kitchen she runs outside first thing every morning and plays until it’s time for dinner. Great value for money and we have already got our moneys works
