I ordered a pair of eyeglasses for $54, and I have not received them. They were Nublu eyeglasses. I saw the ad as a commercial on YouTube. Can I get back my $54?

I just checked my credit card and had a charge from this company, I don't know who they are and have not ordered from them. I am disputing with American Express. This company needs to have its business license removed if it even has one. When I dial the phone number on the credit card it automatically goes to a busy signal so I can't contact them by phone

This is a scam let's all gather and report her. Many people will fall for the tricks they do

Don't ever buy from this company. After paying, it took two days to inform me that the item had shipped. However, I didn't know it came from outside the US, as the tracking indicated it arrived in LA on a specific date. After two weeks, I followed up on it. They say wait. After a month, nothing comes, and I give up. What's worse, they continue to email you to buy something from them. And the item arrived (I am no longer expecting it in two months. They sell the blood sugar monitor, but it's a scam; it's just an oxygen monitor.

This company is totally a scam. I ordered Fungbeam from this company on line. the price i paid for is $91 but i received two credit charges one for 104.44 and other for 39.00 both are fraudulent. I have opened a dispute with credit card issuer.

This company is a ripoff. Products are overpriced knockoffs paid in India. Trinket items priced at 5000% more than its value. Forget about the 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. They charge 15% restocking fee which js more than the item is worth, no refund on ridiculous shipping fees, no refund on taxes which is obviously another profit center. I wish i could have an internet store front business that rips off customers and profits from it. Highway robbery at its finest!

Paid 49.99 for the glucose monitor and after 30 days it is still not here. Impossible to track as it is hard to see how it shipped.

they charged my account for 24.99 I have no idea why! And I can’t get a hold of them in any way! I am on a fixed income, 24.99 came straight out of my food money! Please can someone help me to get a hold of them??? I don’t even know what they sell!

I have no idea who this company is, nor can I locate a phone number, email ect. I saw a charge on my care for $49.44, which i did not authorize! I done even know who they are or how they got my information!

What a scam, this company is SNEAKY and UNDERHANDED.

They charged my account $24.99 for an automatically renewable VIP subscription to nothing. Nothing is provided or nothing received. BUYER BEWARE on some websites when you order you’re somehow automatically enrolled in this wonderful VIP subscription that provides absolutely nothing. So I guess the VIP status is to become a victim of their scam.

I’m tired of so many scams out there and nothing is done about them, too many people are getting away with stealing money from honest working people this needs to be stopped.

Same complaint as everyone else – $19.99 monthly for absolutely nothing I ever bought.

I gave one star only because they don’t have the option for 0 stars. This company is a scam… a literal scam as in they are simply fraudulent credit card mill. I am shocked the FTC hasn’t shut them down yet and jailed everybody who ever earned a dime of their stolen money: I am just lucky that my credit card has a good anti-fraud algorithm so, so far, they’ve caught 3 bogus charges from these criminals and stopped them.

I will be completely honest and say that I have no idea if I actually ordered something legit from this company. I do know with certainly that I never authorized a subscription of any kind for any product ever: If they claim I agreed to it, they are either lying or they got my agreement through overtly and intentionally deception means: if there is an attorney out there, you’ve got the makings of a fine class action suit. I will sign on for such a suit will accept no reimbursement: seeing these guys shut down will be enough of a reward fir for me.

I am also a sod who has been charged $24.99 per month after purchasing a single item. This company is a fraud and I'm surprised they're not yet shut down - although this may the latest branding of an established organization.

Only order from Amazon or Ebay online and avoid this cancer in your life.

Nothing that i ordered was sized correctly. I want to return my purchases and can't contact anyone to get the return method. Can anyone help

I am being charged every month $24.99 for a one time item. I don’t recall ordering a monthly charge. This is fraud and criminal. I will notify my bank to stop this charge!!!!!!!! NF. 4/7/25
HELP PLEASE!

This company is a total scam I got ripped off $300 for some garbage hydrogen water bottles complete crap. I tested the bottles no hydrogen at all ask for a refund didn't get it complete scam

I bought 1 item from this company. Upon checking my cc statement I found that they charged me $24.99 multiple times for a "subscription" that I never ordered. I tried to contact them but no phone number available to stop. Do not order anything from this company.
