I bought a sonic pest controller. It doesn't seem to be working at all. I was told there was a 90-day return policy, however, I can't find a phone number and the return policy information on the website is too small to read

I purchase a Vital Fit Tracking Watch from Vitalfittrack.com; however it was actually this company. When confirmation of the purchase was not received I emailed support and received approx 10 emails from different people, stating anything from out of stock to order was not completed. I contacted the support on the phone number from email; later to realize that there were multiple support numbers. After a 45 minute call I was finally able to get a confirmation number and email of the requested cancelation of the order and refund. We will see if they actually refund the money or not.
This is poor customer service and selling products under different names is suspect.
Save yourself the hassle and just buy local. The price may look good but the hassle and not getting what you ordered is not worth the savings.

The website does not work properly. Multiple pop-ups over multiple pop-ups and when you say "No thank you" to their offer they keep popping up - the last few would not let you x out anywhere! I exited out of the site completely and they emailed me a "Thank you for your order" - when the order was not finalized. When I asked several times over 3 days for an order confirmation to be sent to me they said they did but I never received it. Instead they listed order nos. (2 actually - I only ordered 1 item that I know of) and a brief description telling me they resent it. 3 times yesterday and 2 times today - never got it. Finally, I sent a 6th email telling them to attach the order confirmation to their reply email to my email since they know this email works - and instead I get: Your email has been forwarded to the particular department to address" - this is after I told them to cancel it since they couldn't even give me an ortder confirmation. So I emailed back telling them to cancel the order today. Refund my money. I'm sure they will say "it's been shipped out". Well they need to send a return label then, because I've been trying to find out about this order for days with little to no customer service - so they can buy time to get it shipped out - I detest companies who do business this way.

It appears my credit card was charged multiple times for one item that was advertised through Golf Magazine. There were charges from a company with a different name, Playformlifestyle, with the same website. The charges were hours in the future. Credit card company flagged and alerted us. We had to cancel the card. We had the credit card company cancel the order. Be warned.

I thought I purchased a camping a lantern I quickly realized the product was total trash it killed absolutely zero bugs and hardly even charged after being plugged in for hours. I called CS and as usual the people who answered sound as if they are in a third world country and can careless who they are speaking too. This company is a front and a scam STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. If I could give a lower score than 1 STAR I'D DO THAT TOO. I forgot to mention they tried to charge me a 15% restocking fee as well as charge me for shipping charges on a product that totally sucks. The damn nerve I'm going to pray as a believer in JESUS CHRIST THAT THIS COMPANY CLOSES IT'S DOORS FOR GOOD!

Terrible products and even worse customer support. I purchased a damaged “luxury pillow” and upon receiving said pillow, it was damaged. I emailed them and they requested a picture. I sent the picture and their customer support person said it didn’t look like their product. Hahaha
Needless to say, I didn’t bother with it any further. The $150 pillow I purchased looked more like a $50 product.

I never ordered anything from this whatever it is. 2 charges on my account showed up on my statement. Called the credit card company and they are investigating. Check your statements regularly. They are a fraud!

SCAMMERS

They are selling old, out-of-date products, advertising the product under different names, and what you get is something else. Then when you ask for a refund, they fight you for it, then state there is a 15% restocking fee, which is NOT said on their website, and per NJ law (where they are) you must disclose this.

STAY AWAY!

I ordered a electricity balancing plug over 2 weeks ago. Money taken from bank but no sign of product.
No reply to email they give on their site.

This is one of a number of utube sds that lie about the product and con you into buying. The ad as well as for security lighting is clearly produced by the same company.
All these products available at lots less cost from places like Amazon.

I did not order anything from this company. I was ordering something else online and their ad kept coming up. I just moved on to checkout and apparently that meant I ordered because charges of $104.29 & $21.27 were added to my credit card statement. I don't even know what the products are!

NOT A Reputable CO. ordered phone charger from them, they say it was delivered but can't provide 😒 proof that it was delivered. Ordered from Amazon, next day delivery 🙌.

I order a sunglasses of 1198/- but I received a wrong product and there is no return policy available . So I fully disappointed to trust life.

Ordered a wifi booster and have not heard from the company since. I will be contacting my credit card company to remove the charge from my account

Apparently the heaters they've been selling are dangerous!!! These boys should be held accountable. People are having a hard time heating their homes and these boys are taking advantage of vulnerable people. DO NOT BUY THESE HEATERS as they are dangerous according to which. Apparently they melt and overheat! Be aware folk.

Ordered 2 fan heaters in December last year took money out of my account about £105 still haven't heard anything about the heaters from the company can't contact them

I bought two items for £75 and when my credit card statement came they had invoiced me another £92. Nice people!

heaters received shortly after this review - working ok - one of the remote controls not working ( I wouldn't recommed the remotes its a waste of money - this heater can only heat a small room anyway and takes a bit of time to heat up - still I have found uses for them

I ordered 4 air purifying units. In the normal course of using them, the fan blades just randomly break off without touching the running units. Contacting customer service via email resulted in generic replies about unit specifications and basic use

I ordered and paid £51 for a room heater which has so far not arrived 3 weeks and waiting

I can be honest. It could have killed me. I plugged it in and it blew my electrics! I do not want to risk plugging in the 2nd one.
Now i can't get any response. They provide an American phone number, I have spent enough, yet they have a UK base that the parcels are sent from. I will be raising a dispute with my bank too.
