Just ordered samples so far. Quick and easy process and really fast delivery. The samples look good quality.

Ordering was easy, and Jake was able to provide advice. I am awaiting delivery when I trust that the measurements are correct and fitting is as easy as ordering.

Great blinds! Really pleased!!! Fast delivery and easy to install. Watched the 2 min you-tube video to show keylite blind installation to save reading instructions. So easy with just 4 screws! And measuring? No need. Window code ensures a perfect fit 😁

Excellent service. Blinds were ordered on the Monday and delivered within 8 days. They fit great and all cordless and 3 were for bifold doors so we were a bit worried incase they didn't fir but they are perfect as are the 2 flr the windows. Would not hesitate to order again.

After reading the reviews I felt quite excited to place a order for new slats .I really wish I hadn’t bothered . Received my order after a week right colour wrong size. After having to send lots of photos of the size colour invoice etc a new order was made.week later the slats arrived wrong colour right length,even though they said they acknowledged they had sent the wrong colour I had to yet again send photos as proof.Finally after five weeks I received my slats .would I order from this company again Not sure as customer service was good they tried their best it’s the factory which make the blinds who don’t know what they are doing.

I placed an order with this company on line, so easy to use, I wanted replacement verticals rather than but a whole new blind, and they came with the weights chains and top hooks where you would normally have to order them as an extra.my order arrived within 3 days, packed really well, and am really pleased with my purchase, and it helps that you can order samples first as some colours are different online than the real thing. Thanks guys for everything. Would recommend this site and would use again if needed too.

Everyone I have had contact with has been well above average and if all business had member of staff like Jade and Francesca they would be the best company . Extremely satisfied the my replacement vertical blind slats and roller blinds. Waterproof produced ordered for conservatory that I have had problems with mildew on the previous blinds that were not wipeable. Produces wellmade, perfect fit, good quality and value for money.

Ordered these vertical blinds, very good value , lovely colour, has transformed my room.

Initially placed an order back in April for replacement vertical blind slats but due to supply issues and the pandemic, my choice of fabric was out of stock. After a few weeks waiting I decided to order a different fabric that was available immediately and from the date of ordering the finished product arrived in less than a week. Great service and communication from Jake, sales advisor, throughout the whole process. Slats were easy to hang and very pleased with quality/fabric choice.
