Terrible product, wrong colour, order supposed to be 14-20days was 4 calendar months!Order was placed for 2 Monument clothes lines in their eco rang on December 29th. The first was received in February after being tole it would take 14-20 days. The second arrived in late March. The installation charge is per item. Not specified on their website. The items were at time for assembly today proved to be the wrong colours. One is Monument the other not. Terrible unapologetic service. Only threatening refunds got them to become active and I am wholly dissatisfied. Buy Australian by all means but this crap doesn't wash. Terrible terrible terrible example of Australian Made. Crap!!
