They damaged my new car while delivering it to me and have not sorted it out for 6 months. Dealing with them has been a complete hassle.

I would never recommend them to anyone... They delivered my new car in unacceptable condition:
1. With a deep door chip that went all the way to metal (I was told the whole door would have to be repainted to fix it)
2. With paintwork scratched around the fuel cap - they have clearly scratched it up while fuelling
3. With a massive round mark on the passenger’s door (they blamed it on their cleaners)
4. With greasy fingerprints all over the steering wheel, dashboard and handles - when the driver got out and I asked him about the round massive mark on passenger’s door, he said he cannot clean it as his hands are dirty. Why on earth is he driving new cars with filthy greasy hands!
5. With one of the car key's plastic surface completely scratched off (clearly the one that that reckless driver used). And when I sent it back to get a descent replacement, they sent back another key that was scratched, but this time in the metal bit which was clearly visible (they can't do anything right!).
6. On top of all this they expected me to get it fixed myself. They delayed everything as much as possible (it took 6 months to get them to sort things out completely). The amount of stress they have caused was completely unreasonable.
7. On top of all this, when I tried to escalate this to their management to get it fixed ASAP (as they were delaying it) their Group Sales Director threatened me that if I will push them to sort this out in a timely manner, that they will not fix the damages they left on my car at all and that I will have to return the car to them and look to buy one somewhere else.
I wish I had never had to deal with them in first place: it was supposed to be the easiest, hassle free way to buy a new car, but their unacceptable service, rude response and negligence has caused nothing but stress and hassle.

Customers are nothing but a nuisance

Used this local Ford dealer, both Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells, for regular servicing and maintenance of a number of vehicles over a number of years too. I've always found customer reception at both locations generally cool to say the least, but convenience of locality has generally won over. On more than one occasion I have been totally ignored by staff and left waiting whilst they attend later arriving customers, but still I have gone back. Well no more! Having made an appointment to obtain an estimate and book a vehicle in for some body work, I am asked "politely" to move my vehicle as I arrive and park elsewhere. Fair enough, I will, and in so doing will take it and the servicing needs of my other vehicles to another dealership. I will also advise anyone else that cares to ask my opinion to do the same!
