Good but awkward website
I like these vouchers but despite being an experienced internet user I have to say that I find the web site rather difficult to navigate around. The process of buying an amount and then receiving an email to transfer into vouchers is also a bit cumbersome.

My wife was given a lifestyle card as a…
My wife was given a lifestyle card as a present. When she tried to redeem it online she was asked for a password.. The password box is set up by these fraudsters to not respond until you've clicked on it maybe ten or more times. Then she was asked to verify the password, same again, the scammers have set the box to not respond unless you click more than ten times.. After the password was input successfully the scumbags said the password wasn't complex enough.... More frustration and fun with the unresponsive boxes.
Finally after the password was accepted and my wife tried to sign in with the email and password that she had setup on their own site, the criminals said that the email was not recognized. My wife was very stressed by this and that means that I will have to pursue them..
Yes, guys, you're NOT going to rip off innocent people. I'll be sending letters to all your contributing stores urging them to drop you. And we want the money on the card... NO, SORRY, you can't keep it. It's not yours. If that means you have to go back on the streets selling crap to tourists then so be it.

Don't buy, waste of money
Don't buy, it has multiple restrictions. I bought it for a present and when I asked what did they buy months later they had not been able to use it, such a pain to be able to buy anything. Nothing like a present or just give the money, this is a trap!

Fraudulent platform, extremely bad!
Whether you have already purchased their cards or are planning to do so, please do not buy them! I was deeply deceived by their platforms! After I purchased a gift card, when I redeemed it, I was required to keep verifying it and then provide all kinds of identity information. After the gift card information was sent, they disappeared. Whether I called or emailed them, they didn't reply!
