Same as other Trust Pilot reviews. This company are SCAMMERS ! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !
I ordered an EPSON photo scanner in December 2024, and paid via credit card. Delivery was promised on 08/01/2025, but the item did not arrive. I then had an email saying the item had been misdelivered to an address in West Yorkshire, but that they would be redelivering my order by 15/01/2025, together with a free toaster as compensation. My suspicions then arose about this company !
I have tried emailing and ringing them but have got the same responses as others have , in that for a refund they need my bank account details, which I have not given them.
I have now contacted my bank to start the process of trying to recover my money.
How people can want to, or be allowed to, get away with this sort of trading is beyond me.
I am waiting for a response from my bank’s fraud department to see what further action could be taken against them.

SCAM site, as is the .co.uk version, jreports of which are just trying to continue the scam. Products are never delivered, you'll be offer a refund if you provide your full bank details - obviously not legit as I paid with a credit card which is where a refund would be made. I started the process to get the payment refunded through my credit card safe purchase process, and the refund is on it's way, unlike the TV I ordered

I unfortunately ordered in good faith, believing this was a genuine site. I have very limited funds on a very tight budget to renovate my new home, so I went for best price online. Now I'm £800 out of pocket, been totally scammed same as everyone else on the reviews, company/ sorry w....kers should be stopped. Innocent people are losing hard earned money. It to late to read these reviews once you have paid. Like the rest, you can't make contact, youget the same loop automated recorded answerphone message. One email reply saying provide your "full bank details".
Why? You've already bled me dry, Trading standard needs too act on these reviews.

He scams from picadilly circus in Manchester and is still operating from there. I'm going to find him for a chat about my refund. I was lucky no money was taken and I did commit to buy, had a confirmed delivery date and nothing turned up.
I then tried calling and got no response so I emailed them asking for an update of my order, and they responded the next day asking for my bank details for a refund to be paid into my account.

I ordered a TV & Apple Watch 30th December 2024 and selected the soonest delivery date on the 7th January 2025. State of my order was still “in processing” on the 7th. After I sent an enquiry online - phone never got through, I immediately received a message of misdelivery - offering a free gift of slow cooker as a good will. I requested a refund and reported to my bank straightaway. The state of my order changed to “delivered” on the 7th evening. No response Re the refund until the 17th, the scammer sent me an email asking for my bank details. I managed to get money back through Master card’s dispute resolution. No idea how the website is still running. If you made order like me unfortunately, contact your bank and go to Visa or Master card dispute resolution to get your money reimbursed asap! Let’s report it to the ActionFraud online or by calling 03001232040.

I decided to order some kitchen appliances from this sham company.
Our kitchen renovation was going ahead and we were expecting our goods.
When they didn't arrive I tried contact them. As I'm sure you've read on here, we were not able to contact them.

110% Scammers
they are scammers who are here just to loot people's hard-earned Money.
If you go to their Site and try to reach out to them via email or Phone call, they will not respond even though they have mentioned two Phone Numbers.
If you check their Site it will look genuine but they are thieves, I think the higher authorities of each country should ban them.
If you check the Company address they provided It's a home address.
Please be aware of them, I have lost my money, Some money I get back by calling my Banka and the rest I'm unable to.
In the Previous Review, they replied with fake statements, they even made allegations against Trust Piolet.

I have just seen these reviews., My item was meant to be delivered last week. They sent me the same email saying it went somewhere else. it was meant to be delivered yesterday,Still nothing, Thank God I paid with my credit card. It was meant to be a birthday present for my son. His birthday is today. Very sad, this is fraud.

Horrendous company please do not order!!!! As it seems with everyone else they say my order was miss delivered to a place in Essex I am in Manchester then give a new delivery date of yesterday which never happened and now you cannot speak to anyone and my emails are being ignored!!! SCAMMERS!!!!

One star is too much for this company
One star is too much for this company. If it simply doesn't deliver anything it promises how can it even be worthy of one star. This is logical, no. They give you a delivery date and time slot but do not show up. No call, no email, nothing. Luckily for me they took no money.
