Attended the Real Estate Surge in Omaha

Attended the Real Estate Surge in Omaha with Pip as the teacher. The class was amazing and got a lot out of it, it opened my eyes and changed my perspective on real estate. I’m excited to continue this path!

John was amazing coach!

John was amazing coach, Valery very nice and Kris are great team.
As a cost of education for me sounds little expensive, but probably this is the way of the business is running.
It was pleasure to attend the conference.

Exploitation of Christians.

The one day event in Philly was blasphemous. I felt sick watching the manipulation of Christians which began before we arrived. This I know is my perspective (as they will reply) and I am including many facts that back up my claim.

Life Surge owner and executives have methodically modeled themselves after the many well known nonprofit events meant to bring people to Jesus like promise keepers or others..

Yet they aren’t a non-profit, a fact that is not in the materials they use to lure Christian’s to their event. AND their goal does not seem to be worshipping or celebrating Jesus.

Life Surge is a for profit buisness run to make money on vulnerable people. They trick people into attending by being vague on their purpose and promoting big name Christians. This time football played and others. A deceptive buisness trick called “bait and switch”

The format of a Christian speaker series gives the presentation of gatherings that Christians know well. Christian-eze and biblical truth and intertwined with high pressure sales pitches and speakers making anything but Christian comments and behavior.

The manipulation begins before you even arrive.

Life Surge sends Facebook adds. The ad does not mention that the event is a sales event. They headline big name Christian’s.

Prior to the day guests receive a text telling them the biggest name for the day ( Sequan Barkley ) will speak at 9am. This assures people will be there on time.

No other itinerary is given. This leaves the audience in complete dependence of the presenters. You know big name Christian speakers are coming but you do not know when.

Itinerary as well as I can remember:

Worship by well known Bethyl Music comes on first to create a sense of safety and emotional euphoria. They are only seen once, not typical of a Christian event.

Next we meet Tim Beggy who described himself as a pastor and old road rules member. He seems very commercial for a pastor but “do not judge”.

He interviews Sequan and forgets multiple times in the interview that Sequan is a very new Christian (3 months).

Tim Beggy introduces

The Benham brothers- introduce the idea that people will hate you if you speak. A biblical message that talks about how people came against Jesus. This theme comes up with multiple speakers and ALL of the sales pitches that lie ahead. It’s likely there ti prepare people for the online reviews they will read that tell them this buisness is scamming them. They tell a hardship story of not knowing how to pay their bills and care for their family (emotional manipulation). They also Talk about passive income, introduce the idea of the stock market, pitch their book and how sometimes you will fail before you win. They also talk about the government badly stating the “current dodge is giving us an enema, they are really cleaning us out”. Not Christian language.

Nick Vujicic is next he talks about how important the stock market is and how it has brought him freedom and financial security. How it helped him take his entire family on vacation and how it helped him fulfill his father’s dreams for him since he didn’t have money. His tan is from an amazing vacation he took his whole family on (emotional manipulation).

Steven Champa surprising sales pitch specifically for their product. Also starts with his hardship, his low gpa used to appeal to uneducated people and how being invited into the church changed his life. He shows he and his family on an Italian vacation where she says going to church changed their whole life. Quickly switches to talk about not being dependent (a theme already introduced and scare tactics of the bad economy coming) on anyone. And how their program that they are selling will help you. It’s shocking…what thing your selling?

At this point you know something is off. Surprise Sales pitches do not happen at Christian speaker events.

He ends with a high pressure sales offer for 97.00 to almost 4,000 people (do the math) that can only be bought that day.

A lot of hired people in all black clothes (already in a black room) set up tables all around the Wells Fargo Center with clip boards to take your money. Many people quickly stand and do as they are told. A later speaker states (don’t be sheep, interesting how the speaker is encouraging people to blindly follow them in dependence of this product rather than being dependent on the government)

Taking a quick break from the very dark(almost black) arena where you’re feeling confused as to what is happening. We go to get a drink.

There are only two places open for almost 4000 people to buy food or drinks in the first 3 hours. The lines are 45 min long. A person working lets you know that she is equally confused by what’s happening but that lunch is given in our seats in 30 min.

I am out of space here…there is so much more.

We were there to hear speakers!?😳
