Initially got a wrong key (office 2021 instead of 2024) but I contacted the chat and was immediately given a correct one, no issues, all went smoothly, office activated within a few minutes.

Virus infected file
My Norton antivirus program aborted the installation saying that the installation file was infected.
I gave the company a chance to send a new link or return my money.
Now after 3 weeks I have not heard from them.
So from here you may draw your own conclusions
