Excellent customer service!
One of the two items I ordered was out of stock. Rather than send me an email informing me of the backorder and say my items would ship when available, they called me personally to let me know the situation. They gave me the option of having the one item sent now, and wait for the second to be shipped when in stock - approximately 1-week (no additional shipping cost), or wait and have both shipped together. I appreciate that kind of personal customer service.
