This was my first time ordering a product from Liforme. So far I am very happy with my new purple classic yoga mat. It's at least a couple of inches wider than others on the market. And the surface provides good resistance when needed so I’m not slipping at all while in various poses. While there was a minor issue with shipping an item in my order, Sen (with the Liforme Team) was very responsive, thorough and professional.

Really nice and helpful personal service, they really take good care of their customers👍💕

What a great company! Love my new mat, and shipping and delivery were all great. Would definitely again, I love yoga x

AVOID THIS COMPANY - Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced

I'm writing this review to warn others about the absolutely appalling customer service at Liforme. What should have been a simple warehouse error resolution turned into a nightmare that lasted over 2 weeks.

The Problem: They sent me the wrong product due to their own warehouse picking error. Simple mistake, happens to everyone.

The Nightmare: Their customer service representative Anna turned this into the most frustrating experience I've ever had with any company.

What Happened:

I explained multiple times that my phone was broken and I was dealing with work stress and holiday travel

I repeatedly requested a simple return shipping label to send back their incorrectly picked item

Instead of providing basic customer service, Anna kept demanding photos despite my clear explanations of why this wasn't possible

This went on for over 2 WEEKS with the same circular conversation

I provided all order details, explained exactly what was wrong vs. what I received

I even offered to pay their €15 restocking fee just to get this resolved

They completely ignored my urgency and timeline needs

After my final deadline email, they simply stopped responding entirely

For a company that markets itself as customer-focused with great reviews, this was shocking. They turned their own warehouse error into weeks of stress for me while I was trying to manage work and travel.

My Advice: Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that actually cares about customer service. There are plenty of yoga mat companies that know how to handle basic customer service situations without turning them into bureaucratic nightmares.

Edit : after over 1 month, back and forth I'm updating the review to 3 stars. They resolved my issue but I needed to post a negative review and a lot of time and stress to have it resolved. The mat is good quality and I hope they will improve their services

My yoga mat is amazing, such great quality. Easily the best mat I've ever had. It's so comfortable - even when I have a notion to do yoga outside. It's been in the woods, atop a waterfall and in a meadow. And in my living room with my 3 little boys getting in on my yoga too. And it's still in perfect condition. It really is superb quality

An online yoga coach uses and recommends Liforme yoga mats, and my current mat was getting ratty. I purchased the steel grey Liforme mat and, wow. Love. Just enough cushion. Plenty of grip. The lines to help me ensure I am lined up are useful. And it’s pretty! I also got a travel mat and am excited to take it with me.

So Grippy: I was struggling with getting into yoga because I’m a sweaty person and constantly felt like I was slipping. A friend recommended this brand and I couldn’t be happier. I love the design too.

This yoga mat transformed my practice with its amazing grip! Also, the mat is thick enough to be comfortable in any poses without needing blankets or towels, but also firm enough to be stable on any support, like sand or grass. Plus, it has an amazing design! I highly recommand it

I love my Liforme mat! I got the travel one so I can take it to classes. The design has really helped my practice as I can tell how to set up with all the lines drawn on the mat. It is beautiful and very light to carry. Highly recommend.

I bought a yoga mat for my wife for Christmas from Liforme, and she uses it every day. It’s such a high-quality product—I can’t recommend the company enough. The durability, comfort, and design exceeded our expectations.

I'd always seen Liforme mats in my classes but didn't 100% believe the hype until I finally purchased one. The non-slip is like nothing else, and the designs are just gorgeous. Had a slight quality issue with mine which I contacted the company about and I found the customer service fantastic - really personal, timely and helpful.

Horrible experience so far.

I placed the order on July 2nd. By July 9th, UPS notified Liforme that the product was missing and instead UPS had an empty box. I was out of town until the 14th, expecting to come home to my new mat.

I emailed the company as there isn't a way to get in touch with customer support unless you're on UK time. I live in the US, so this wasn't an option. I let them know what had happed. A day later, they responded instructing me to fill out a form stating that the product was marked as delivered but I hadn't received it. Clearly they had not read my original email.

I responded with screenshots this time of what UPS reported, since Liforme hadn't taken the time to do that on their own.

So here we are, 16 days since my order, no mat and no help from customer service. Definitely wouldn't recommend them as a company at this time. We will see what happens.

Liforme is truly the BEST yoga mat I have ever purchased. I now own 5 mats. Although I own 5, I keep going back my oldest one as it's become super soft over the years. For someone who practices yoga 10 times a week, it's very important for me to have a mat that has a good grip, cleans well and helps me keep focused with alignments.

Update: Communication wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, the team replied my emails within 24 hours. They also issued a full refund.

First time purchase. Disappointed.

DELIVERY: I placed the order on 30th June, and I haven't heard anything from Liforme regarding the delivery. Yesterday (11th July), I checked my mailbox and see if I have missed any delivery notice. Unfortunately none. So I clicked on the order confirmation then I realised they sent the item by UPS a week ago and the item has been sitting in a collection point, the cut off date is 14th July.

If I didn't check it myself I would've missed it.

Looking at the package and realised they sent it from China! I just paid £200 (mat + postage) for a yoga mat that from a country known for cheap manufacturing and substandard quality.

QUALITY: They sent the wrong colour and pattern and the print is tacky. The mat doesn't worth £180. After I read the reviews on Trustpilot I have no desire to use it so I am returning it.

RETURN CHARGE: Sneaky £15. Why shall I pay the restock price when they sent me the wrong item.

I heard customer service is awful so let's see if Liforme will do the right thing.

I bought my Liforme mat two and a half years ago and have used it 3/4 times a week since, but haven't used it for the past 4/5 months. I have to say that I love it, it brings me so much joy.

However, I noticed that on the edge on one side, it was buckling and the top layer was coming away from the bottom layer. Otherwise, the mat is still pretty much perfect, with no noticeable wear and tear at the feet and hand positions. Lots of people who do classes with me have Liforme mats, some a lot older than mine, but no one else had this problem so I assumed it was a manufacturing defect.

I contact Liforme and received a reply very quickly asking me a series of questions, like how often I used the mat, what type of yoga I did, how did I store it and how did I clean it. I replied with the answers and then followed up again a few days later as there was no reply back.

I received a very long-winded response about the company's eco-friendly ethos, a description of the materials used in the mats, the fact that they are designed to degrade in landfill conditions in between 1 and 5 years etc. All of this was very interesting information, but didn't address the issue I had raised.

Ultimately, I was told that I'd had the mat "quite a while", and that it must be showing natural degradation. The company believes that a yoga mat "should not last longer than us". Presumably though, as one of the more expensive mats, they expect it to last longer than a couple of years. At least that would have been my expectation bearing in mind the cost of them.

I was offered a 20% discount on a new mat, which I won't be availing of.

It's interesting how my perception of the brand, previously positive, has become so negative based on this recent engagement.

I have tried different yoga mats but none can match Liforme . Since I sweat heavily during my yoga practice, Liforme mat provides me the firm grip that would stop me from sliding . The mat is also of good quality that could last me few years despite frequent practice which is a value for money to user .
