I placed a order and never received it post office Saud it was returned to sender I wanted my phone cover so bad that I placed the order a second time and paid for it again which I did receive it the second time but never got my money refunded from the first order after emailing them numerous times asking for my refund

Do not order from here. I ordered the clamshell style that is supposed to be so unbreakable, I had it for less than an hour and dropped it from my pocket, shattered it!!. I emailed them and they said they have no post sales customer service.
On May 9,2024 we ordered a cell phone case. We waited a month and it was never delivered even though after writing several emails they kept insisting it was delivered. The tracker ended in a Oklahoma Distribution Center and subsequently stating that it was delivered to a Florida address which is impossible.
If I could leave a review with ZERO stars I would. My bank shows pymt April 9 my email says order confirmed April 4 and shipped April 11. As of April 26th. I still have NOTHING. They take you to some 17 (or 7) some odd link to track but my track number is not recognized?! By them or the carrier?! They're available from 9 - 5 but WHERE'S THE PHONE NUMBER?!

They show in their film that their phone case is made of glass that you can hit it with a hammer or cut it with a knife and nothing happens to it. I reality they send you a case of cheap plastic tha that scratches very easily and it is dirty all the time no matter how many times you clean it.
Dont buy anything here! I orderd a screen protector for my samsung s23 ultra with privacy screen. 16 euro + 10 euro shiping. After waiting 1 month I tried to contact them. This dindnt work and found the chinese company. They helped me. After another 5 weeks I recieved it! Wasnt exactly what I ordered and after 1 week its broken!
