Ordered a ceiling light (to be hard…

Ordered a ceiling light (hard wired). Product arrived in good condition and was as advertised, although the wires seem somewhat flimsy and not up to standard (but only electrician would be able to confirm). I never put up the light (as it was not a right fit for the room) so I am not sure if the wiring would even pass regulations - it looked questionable. The order took around 4 weeks to arrive.

AN AWFUL COMPANY

AN AWFUL COMPANY! They need to be shut down. We purchased a floor lamp for a clients project 2 months ago. Despite the lengthy lead time which was made clear upon order, the delivery was delayed by an additional 4-6 weeks. We requested to cancel the order and they refused, stating we would need to reject the delivery on arrival for a partial refund -30%. What absolutely nonsense?! We finally rejected the delivery and now the company are claiming that our funds are frozen and a refund cannot be issued. Gobsmacked that such a company is in operation. A major scam! DO NOT ORDER from Liftad or their sister companies.

Even one star is too much

Even one star is too much. Worst company I have every dealt with, avoid at all costs. We ordered a dressing table, it has come broken and with missing parts. They are refusing a refund or to send the missing parts and their customer services are absolutely useless.

Dishonest company

Dishonest company. Will not do business with this company. They give partial refund for item never received. Item was damaged and the delivery company sent item back. Customer service said I received the item which was not true. Item not accepted at customs due to damage. I had to tell them when they received the item back and they did not refund full payment received only partial refund was given. That is stealing in my book. How could you give a partial refund when item never was received or delivered???

It looked exactly as the picture and description. It is now hanging on my wall and can easily hold blankets as well as coats. I really like the look and quality.

Overall good experience

I was able to track the order until it arrived. Item looked exactly like in the picture. However, I changed my mind and wanted to return it. Good customer service via online chat offering me options for me to decide which one suits me better.

I purchased a 3 drawer filing cabinet

I purchased a 3 drawer filing cabinet. It was advertised as fireproof. It wasn’t. It was shown to be assembled, it wasn’t. It was late in arriving. It came flat packed and 6 panels damaged. I sent email within an hour of receiving delivery to advise snd asking for refund. It was refused offering me a small amount of money back and to keep it. Meaning I have to pay for a product I can’t use. Numerous emails were sent to them along with photos showing damage. Nothing done to resolve it £280 I paid and have lost. A disgrace. Don’t buy from them the pictures in their web site are not genuine.

I have ordered a wall light with them. Nearly three months now never arrived. They sent tracking number . it cannot be tracked as it says no such items sent.No refund given . it is a fraud site . keep away.

A. If you keep the item, we will refund 50% to you; QUESTION....WHY WOULD I KEEP A BROKEN WALL LIGHT AND PAY 50%???
B. Or we can send the replacement to you and offer you 20% discount of the item price for compensation....I HAVE REPEATEDLY STATED I DON'T WANT A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT OR ANY PRODUCT FROM LIFTAD EVER AGAIN!

Great customer service

The planter stand I ordered never arrived although I received an email saying it had been. I advised them and although it took a while I did get a replacement which was satisfactory. Throughout they were communicating with me. Great customer service.

The product was as described

The product was as described, arrived intact and is of good quality.
Communication was unusual and less than from other vendors. On the plus side they told me the name of the ship conveying the goods from China and I was able to track progress over the three week journey!
The UK delivery agents didn’t contact me at all to inform me of the delivery date so that means I am scoring them down,.
Overall, very happy indeed. The Team have clearly responded to prior issues and the boss for my two bedside tables came within a wooden crate protecting the box.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LIFTAD

PLEASE READ THE CUSTOMER REVIEWS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LIFTAD!

My recent experience was nothing short of appalling.

1) The quality of Liftad's products is shocking.
2) Liftad is refusing to provide an invoice for the purchase, raising serious concerns about the integrity of company.
3) Liftad is outright refusing to accept their 14 days DOA product guarantee (stated in their return policy)
4) Liftad is attempting to coerce customers into settling for partial refunds of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% if they opt to retain the item.

Such practices are completely unacceptable and raise the question: what kind of company does that?

Waited 7 weeks plus for item to arrive

Waited 7 weeks plus for item to arrive. Had no communication from them, arrived damaged . Tried contact by online chat, sent over proof and cut me off from the chat. Sent email and contacted PayPal waiting on response litfad offered me 30% refund which I've accepted
