Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Was missing an item from my order. They replied back to my message the same day and dispatched the missing item with next day delivery. The cables are of good quality and go a long way to fill that void in my gym workout.

We sent out text messages to all customers stating that since the announcement of Lockdown part 3 that both ourselves and the couriers distrubtion Networks were under significant preasure to meet the sheer influx of online orders. We sent this text to all customers because we know how important it is for everyone to get their orders and stay active during such tough times!! Your order has been dispatched and it is on its way alls we can do is ask that you bear a little patience as the whole country is under pressure to deliver a magnitude of parcels at the minute!! We did throw in a free pre workout to all late orders but given then 1* review you've left we almost feel hurt!!

Customer service is superb
Customer service is superb. Every time I contacted them for immediate response and sorted my issue out immediately, which wasn’t any fault of theirs but shocking couriers. Couldn’t recommend them enough and will certainly be ordering more equipment for my home and commercial gym.

Although am Still awaiting my item I trust that will be good quality for the price, but the only issues that I’ve faced has been the choice in courier service used to deliver.
I received my tracking which had told me my item has been with the courier over a week now and hasn’t been moved since but after sending over relevant information to the customer service team they were able to rectify the issue. Can’t fault their customer service.

Very good, customer friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. When an item I ordered from them went missing in the post they took time out to hand deliver it to my door (they are based in Bolton- Lancashire and I live near Pontefract in Yorkshire). Can't get better than that

Hamstringer. Perfect item and great Seller
I purchased The Hamstringer via Liftandpress's eBay store. Absolutely brilliant addition to my cable machine. Hits the hamstrings perfectly. Great value...most of these come from the US and are prohibitively expensive to ship (postage and customs/vat). Item came quickly and Hermes delivered it. Recommend without hesitation.
